A beautiful and spacious lake house. I came here with my family for my 40th Birthday celebration and we all had an amazing time. The house is stunning and in a great location with Cirencester and Swindon a short drive away.
Set on a beautiful lake, this property has everything you need for a getaway.
The interiors are well maintained and stylish and there is plenty of space for a large group. The kids particularly loved the hideaway areas in 2 of the rooms as well as the large TV in the living room.
The panoramic views from the top bedroom are amazing, I only wish we could have stayed for longer!
Special thanks to the team at Watermark Holidays who found a coat we left behind and went out of their way to post it back to me!

I have had the pleasure of staying with Watermark holidays twice this summer. And both times we weren't disappointed. My first stay was on Summer lake with friends, the lodge was amazing. It was clean, spacious and modern and close to all the amenities that are offered in the Cotswolds. We were lucky enough to get some sun so we could use the lake to paddle on and soak up the sun on the decking. My second trip was with family and we went to the Landings and again we were not disappointed. Clean, spacious and really well equipped. Thank you to the girls in the office who communicated with us brilliantly prior to both stays and were on hand if we needed them during our stay.

What a pleasure. My family and I (13 of us) were nearby for a family birthday party. We went for 2 lodges near each other at 22/40 Landings. Although different layouts they were both ideal for our purposes, large, airy and bright. They were well furnished and had all the pots, pans and cutlery we could need and the beds, bedding snd towels were excellent. Having taken so much trouble to provide all this it was interesting that they only supplied one toilet roll per bathroom!!!|A minor point as we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the lodges and the genera area and with an outside deck overlooking the lakes, superb.

Our second time staying at Summer Lake with Watermark Holidays and it was as incredible as the first. Beautiful location and so so quiet when we were there. Like last time we needed one bit of help from the Watermark team and they were so fast to respond, sorting our query within an hour. Thanks so much for another fantastic stay

Fabulous house with all amenities. Beautiful lakeside position with outdoor areas to relax, catch up BBq or fish and enjoy family times. |Modern light and airy bedrooms each with own en- suite. Tennis onsite and a jog track around the lake. Loved it at Summer Lake for its peace local walks, nearby restaurants, coffee shops, pubs , pizzeria and pop up bar as well as water sports. Cirencester was a short drive too . Great communication from Watermark too. Overall practically perfect in every way.

We stayed in this awesome Lakeside House. It is a classy, spacious and homely. Everything in it is classy, clean and perfect. We had a great stay and loved the fact that we could bring our pets - thank you for offering such a great choice of houses and of course great customer service.

We had a fantastic time, the accommodation was more than we were expecting, all communication was smooth and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch, as were the bottles of Prosecco. Myself and my family have been lucky enough to stay on summer lake twice the last 3 Christmas holidays and we’ve been very happy with both houses. Philippa was always on hand to answer any questions, the booking was super easy.

We stayed in a Premier Prestige 4 bedroom lodge on summer lake over Christmas.|The lodge itself is beautiful. Furnishings were to a very high standard. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area provided ample space for a family gathering, the kitchen was fully equipped (everything you needed to cook a three course Christmas dinner for eight!) and we were particularly impressed by how clean the lodge was. |My husband is a keen fisherman and even though the weather was unfavourable, he still caught a few fish from the jetty. |The site is very secure and we could safely walk around the lake with our young children on their scooters/bikes.|We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
