We had a really nice day. It was far busier than expected for a school day. It would be quite nice if there was a 12+ area as sad toddlers sort of take away from the relaxing atmosphere but hey ho.
The crazy golf shack didn't have staff in so we waited around 15 mins before someone showed up yo give us the clubs, already paid in the shop, not the most inspired course but it was ok and only five pound.
We didn't go on the aqua park but it was bookable and looked good fun.
Good selection of ice creams and drink.
Toilets are unisex which was nice to see inclusivity. No issues.
We walked around the whole lake, leaving chairs etc unattended, no issues.
Will definitely go back.

A lovely day out on bank holiday.. The boat ride was a plus but you need to book in advance as they are quickly booked... Slots go quick. There is a little restaurants selling Chips, hot dog etc..

They need more toilets and they need to be updated.. Not very pleasant 😕

Weather was better than expected today. Good facilities. Prices in shops a bit pricey. Walking paths and trails if you have mobility limitations will be tricky.
Cruising on the lake is always fun and it's great to be in nature.
Recommended book in advance. Price at gate was high.

It was nice. But just nice. Not overly sure what all the hype is about.

The park is small.
The "beach" is small.

The toddler area is grotty.

The whole thing was just okay. For £15 a car, it wasn't bad though. But would rather just go to an actual beach.

Will try again when toddler is older.

Can't really fault this place at all. £10 for a car, not based on how many people. Parks, sand, and water meant my daughter loved it here. Range of food and drinks inside, other activities to do with a charge such as kayaking and paddleboarding and BBQ resdy for you to use. Would definitely return with good weather.

Enjoyable time paddling in the lake, clear water and good facilities. Bit confused by the ticketing. If you buy online, you have to go to the shop to get a wristband. But didn't see the sign until we were leaving.

Very spacious, green area with all facilities you can possibly need for a day. Great place to visit for a day out with family as also as a couple for a walk and relax by the lake. Lake and play areas for kids are good. Water is very clean. Resonable prices for renting the paddle boats £10. I think an entry price to the park £14 is a bit too much considering it's the same no matter if you enter just 1h before closing. Would do with more toilets or some changing facilities.

Took our 16 month old and our 3 month old. Brilliant place. Plenty to entertain in a small area. Get evry busy so would reccomend getting there early if you want a picnic bench instead of sitting on the ground. Sand was nice and soft and water was warm enough. Must takes are: a towel, bucket, spade, swim wear, picnic food.
