I really did enjoy all of the trip. Being a single traveller, meeting a load of other great people made the trip exceptional and the guide was so full of local information at each point of the journey. The rocky Mountains were so overpowering it takes your breath away. Well done Cosmos for an outstanding holiday.

Fantastic tour all round. So many places and experiences. Great tour manager and driver who couldn't do enough to make our holiday go smoothly. Already booked again for next year. All optional excursions great value for money. Hotels all fantastic and great locations. Cannot praise highly enough.

We are a regular travel couple & travel around the different countries during school holidays in London .This was our first tour with Cosmos. “Lakes of Italy & Switzerland”.The tour was very well organised The group of people were from countries all over the world.The Tour Director was a lady who had organised and handled the tour in an excellent way, she had very good knowledge about the places we visited & use to keep a watch on each and every member of group.On the last day of our tour she waited till each and everyone left for airport as different people / families has different time of departure for their countries .The bus driver was a very safe & calm person who never took any risk during driving specially in the mountainous regions.The Tour Group has people from UK , US , Australia ,New Zealand to name a few & everyone behave like one family .Hats off to Cosmos for making our tour enjoyable.

I've not long returned from the "Exploring America's National Parks" tour and had the absolute best time! our Tour director Daryl and Driver Jeron were both fantastic, nothing was every a bother for them. The stops we're perfect, hotels great, the coach was comfy and I was lucky to be with a great bunch of people. We saw breathtaking views and lots of wildlife. This was my first tour like this and I was a little apprehensive what it would be like, but I'm already looking at which one to do next! If you're wondering if you should book - my advice would be to do it!

I have traveled with Cosmos since 1985. I have always found them to be well organised, good quality hotels and very knowledgeable tour guides. Since the loss of my husband, I now travel alone and have complete trust in Cosmos to take care of me but also give me the time to be independent. My only negative is that they no longer include airport transfers in USA/Canada.

Disappointing that porterage has been discontinued.
Many of the Hotels are out of the way and do not allow for any exploration once you reach the hotel in the evening. In some cases no food option was available because the restaurants were short staffed and could not accommodate our tour guests. Only option was to chose the optional dinner outing through Cosmos.

We were not offered a meal selection choice for our included dinners.

Some travel trips were 3-4 hours. We were asked NOT to use the bathroom on board to ensure they stayed clean. Many stops were made along the way.

We visited a location where the main point of attraction was a Citadel. We arrived and were told not to go to the Citadel because we wouldn’t make it back in time or get lost! We could explore the area close to the entrance.

The free Wi-Fi offered on the bus was turned off after the second day. Many excuses were provided as to technical issues!

We drove many times longer to get to our various destinations to only have a short time to actually visit the site.

We spent more time at highway rest stop for bathroom breaks than some of our destinations.

Our tour guide did not provide any tours. We were read information about each upcoming site and left alone to wander around and remember what we had been told about each location. No guidance was provided once our destination was reached.

In France our local guided tour ended at the Eiffel Tour. When asked about transportation back to the hotel, we were told return trip would not be provided. I led 3 others back to the hotel by walking the full 6 miles back to the hotel.

At the end of the tour our guide spent over an hour explaining why it is important to tip him and the driver. Additionally he read each question from the review Cosmos would be sending and how we should answer each question!!! Super TACKY!

We have tours back to back so this is my review only after the Best of France tour lasting 2 weeks. We hope our British Isles guide is much more informative and interactive.

Did the best of Italy trip with my Dad in June and can't say that we were overly impressed with the majority of the tour.
From appalling hotels, to almost constantly having to eat at rest stop stations for lunch and to lack of information provided.

Sent a complaint email to the company on behalf of us both and were simply only offered a very small refund of £150 total (or a £200 voucher).

Very unimpressed and won't be using this company again.
