We had the most fabulous family stay at the Grain Store in Padstow. The accommodation was perfect and very clean. The location was key with Padstow and harbour views at your doorstep. The town is very quirky with beautiful walks, bakeries, art galleries , independent shops , cafes and gorgeous water views across. After almost 2 years of hardship for everybody this little getaway was truly worth it and idyllic.The house is perfect for a family with modern equipment and natural light through out the property. Wow what can we say, fantastic property and amazing location! We did not want to leave at the end of the week. Waking up to the unspoilt views to the ocean was unbeatable.

Also great location for sightseeing and visits to the beach, both north and south, although sure you’d also want to spend plenty of time in the house. Very well presented and clean, great amenities and perfect for a family with teenagers.

Definitely recommend the Mote at Port Isaac and a visit to Boscastle is recommended.

The service from Cornish Secrets was faultless and we would definitely recommend.

I booked my accommodation for a beautiful house in Carbis Bay through Cornish secrets. It was a group booking so I had different questions from the group etc and the cornish secrets team were quite simply amazing.

Nothing was too much trouble and they always responded very quickly. Hands down the best service I’ve received with any holiday booking. Their online booking system is very easy too.

Thank you to the team for adding to the wonderful experience of my birthday celebration weekend. You made everything very easy. The house was outstanding too.

For my 60th we took our family to Waves in Swanpool. Fabulous location with a little beach a few meters away and Falmouth a short coastal walk away. The house was spectacular. Upside down style with great views. Done to a high spec with a hot tub in the garden. This would have been a 5 star review however, after returning from our fabulous break I received an email that I would not be receiving £140 of my £300 damages deposit because an item I reported as broken on the day my daughter came to use it (to wash her hair) was obviously broken by ourselves. With a lot of effort & legal help I have reduced that to £70. I am very disappointed at how Cornish secrets have handled this. we are now sadly aware that to ensure a safe return of the damages deposit it is imperative to carefully check absolutely everything/appliances in the house is in good working order pretty much upon arrival otherwise blame will be apportioned. This rather took the shine off my 60th celebrations.

We stayed at Libertine, Breage in April 2023. The Cornish Secrets team were very responsive to our communications prior to arrival. We were met at the property and shown around which was very helpful and were able to make contact with the property manager regards any queries during our stay - and they were always very responsive and resolved any issues / requests promptly. We loved the property - quirky as it is! We did find it hard to sort the heating as well as we would have liked - lots of more technical ways such as underfloor heating and hot air heaters to manage the room temperatures than we are used to at home. We loved the pool although we stayed in a week when the weather was fairly dreadful and cold so this did impact on the pool and "hot tub" temperature so sadly we couldnt use it as much as we would have liked - I am sure if the weather had been warmer it would have been much better. Overall we had a great stay at the property and would definitely consider staying there again. Thankyou Cornish Secrets

Our second winter break to St Ives and we loved it. The house was spotless when we arrived and the welcome with scones and cream a great idea. Cornish Secrets dealt with the booking efficiently and left us alone to enjoy our stay. What's not to like!
