Jessica is brilliant. Far and away the easiest, most personal, most professional holiday let experience I have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble and she treats you like a real human being rather than just another holiday let in a busy season. When we arrived the house was immaculate - beyond show home! Jessica called to make sure we had everything we needed which was great. It was like a Homes and Gardens Magazine photo shoot. Lots of little touches, house smelt amazing, kitchen had everything you need and more including extra Virgin olive oil, a bottle of something cold in the fridge. The bathrooms were beautiful and immaculately clean and the soft furnishings, high quality bedding and stylish decor made the holiday perfect. A nice note from Jessica wishing us a safe journey home was the cherry on top. I have already rebooked the house with for the summer.

Our last minute trip to stay at Penty Lowen has been an absolute success. Jessica was very helpful and accommodating with our request. The cottage is superb, ticks all the boxes - freshly decorated and beautifully styled with all essentials to ensure a very relaxing, comfortable stay. Really hope to return.

We stayed at Carclew Corner in Truro.The cottage is right in the heart of Truro so you can walk to the restaurants also the location is perfect for exploring all of Cornwall.When we arrived at the cottage we unloaded the car then parked 4 minute walk away.The cottage has been beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need.It is very clean and cosy, the bedding is fresh like a 5 star hotel we all had an amazing sleep!The towels are big and fluffy perfect after the hot powerful shower.We all loved this cottage and would not only recommend it but will definitely book it again.
