Refuelling and Pumping service for canal boats. Pull up, ring the phone number, and a nice man comes out to serve you. We came from the Knowle flight of locks, so we continued about 1km further to a winding hole, then back again. Nice calm part of the canal too. He even let us finish our cup of tea while we were tied up, before leaving. Too nice.

We have hired a day boat twice now and both experiences have been brilliant. Adventure and relaxation all in one day. Our party ranged from age 10 to age 70 and everyone of us had a fantastic time. Would definitely recommend hiring from here.

I hired a boat with some friends in June; it was a first class experience, being good value, relaxing and enjoyable. A set of locks was traversed with expert guidance from the boatyard owner, and, despite the rain, we all enjoyed the day. We had lunch at the Boat Inn, Catherine de Barnes, which I can recommend.

Really helpful and friendly, Mark came on board for a short while to make sure we knew what to do as we were first timers. Lovely boat and an enjoyable afternoon with great scenery. Highly recommended.
