Fab took us on an away day to Swansea, great driver, my son left his bag they located it and swiftly returned it so kind and helpful having an autistic son they understood the need for the bag back, so plesent, and so help ful

Our first experience of a coach trip and it won't be the last. It fully fulfilled our expectations. We did the Ludlow/Shrewsbury tour which was very interesting, We thought that for such a long trip that the cost was good value for money. We went to the Blackpool air show on Saturday the 10th of August 2024 and the bus driver Macka was very polite and very helpful towards disabled people and he need praising up for such a good job he did today from Mr . D.G. Machin and party who go on at Bucknall in Stoke-on-Trent , Staffordshire .

Went on trip to Llandudno 16/6/24..spent more time on the coach travelling than enjoying the day..got on coach 08.45 and took nearly 3hrs get to betswys coed..travelled to Llandudno at 13.40 arrived there nearly 2.30..had some dinner nearly an hour after waiting for food and to eat..by the time we went the shops they were getting ready to close ..back on coach for 17.15....very poor "day trip" copelands not my idea of a nice day out

16/3/2024 I have been extremely poorly for 18 months so I haven’t been able to go anywhere, this last Christmas they gave me 3-6 months so a few weeks ago I booked a shopping trip to Barnsley then onto Doncaster , as I have a small mobility scooter I asked if it was ok to take this and the lady in the office said that it will be ok.
It was ok as Dave the coach driver when he saw how unstable I was he even put it in the hold for me ( thank you Dave )
Unfortunately I did find that the full day was too much for me but worth a try anyway. Thank you to Copelands for such a brilliant day out if I had been in better health I’m certain that I would have had a brilliant day , I give it a go and fully enjoyable and value for money
Thank you to everyone at Copelands including the young man that also wouldn’t let me handle my buggy put it in my car boot .

Really enjoyed our day out to Blackpool lights on November 2nd 2023. Our driver Harley was extremely helpful, friendly and kept us all up to date throughout our trip. Definitely booking again.

Never done a coach trip before but this was fabulous, no worry about motorway driving, or parking, or cost of parking and fuel. It took the stress out of for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the days out. We are now planning 2024 trips, did I say good value for money, well worth it and its easy to book and the drivers are lovely, thank you copelands.
