Amazingly helpful. I am a complete novice at travel - just booked my first foreign holiday. I have been three times and all the staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and made it easy. Helped me narrow down suitable holidays and costs. Just hope the weather is good. Apparently you can't book that!

My partner and I went into the co op travel in lydney late April 2018 and was seen by Stacey I believe and asked where we could get a 2 week holiday for around £1000, she suggested Tunisia, the delfino beach hotel and spa in hammamet, I'm writing this review from tunisia on our last day of our holiday and have to say, thank you so much Stacey for getting us this holiday, the all inclusive is amazing, the food is out of this world, 24hr bar, entertainment every day and evening and the animation staff are what makes this hotel because with out them I don't think there would be much to do.
Tennis, archery, golf, spa, gym, sailing, water sports are all free for guests, evening times are a really good laugh, from discos to karaoke, that have a big auditorium where they do, Michael Jackson, Tunisian, Lord of the dance shows etc all performed by the animation team.
Three pools to choose from, on site shops, beach bar and restaurant and not forgetting the beach party we attended on Saturday evening just gone, it was amazing with large bonfires and fire eating artists performing.
One thing I must add which we didn't no, every Monday evening they have a black and white gala evening where everybody are asked to wear black and white, it's not compulsory but we did feel a bit out of place, it's very 5* Ritz
All in all would definitely rate this as a excellent 4* hotel, rooms are clean with good satellite tv, unfortunately there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room because the bars are 24/7 so you can use them anytime
Staff are excellent and speak good English and as a result of there we are going back this September for my 50th
