A very positive experience from start to finish. I booked my taxi in person at the office in Leigh, i was dealt with in a polite and friendly manner. I was taken to Manchester Airport to go on holiday and collected upon my return. Both times the drivers turned up in smart, clean and modern vehicles. The drivers were very polite, dressed smartly and drove safely & sensibly. As the saying goes "big enough to cope, small enough to care"

Thank you for such a good service. We used your service for a mini bus on 16 Nov 2024 to Gisburn Clitheroe, From me speaking to Michelle over the phone to arrange the booking she was fantastic. Can’t thank Conrad’s for their exemplary service. After finding out on the way to Faro airport our return flight with EasyJet was cancelled, We had to make alternative arrangements. Instead of arriving at Liverpool at lunchtime we flew into Leeds Bradford at midnight. The Support and contact from Conrad’s office was so good. They made rearrangements and collected us after our misfortune. This made the end of our holiday a lot less stressful than it could have been. Travelling as a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers we were very grateful for the superb service.
We have used them previously and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Lovely clean vehicles, pleasant drivers .and a first class service.

The excuses were flowing about why they were not just late but were also sending the wrong vehicle.

Our Journey was pre paid and planned, we were given details about a car coming to pick us up late in the evening at Liverpool airport. When WE highlighted it was 6 of us, the excuses started, the driver was delayed, accident on M6 ( which we all know has closures in place). Senior management apparently in bed during our hr of need and leaving the driver to come up with the excuses. (Wanting to put there foot down to get to us earlier.)

We have paid for an executive travel service from a company that apparently prides itself on service, maybe not after 1900hrs.

Sorry to say but people have booked your service because of your apparent reliability. We had to work the following day and getting in at 0100hrs instead of around 2330hrs makes a difference. Never ever again, this is not a blame game it was simply fact, you made a mistake which had penalties but in the light of day cannot accept responsibility or accountability.

I did ask for a resolution to my complaint to which the company denied it was there fault in picking us up on time. Please be aware and ask about this if you are looking to book and pay in advance with this company.

Poor service, bad management and accountability. I would have been more than happy on the evening if you had told the truth.

Used this service for airport transports. Journey to airport was fab. On time, pleasant driver, clean and comfortable vehicle. Return journey not so good. We received a text telling us where to meet the driver as soon as we had cleared baggage collection. Went there, no taxi driver. Husband text them to say we were at the meeting point. No reply. About 15 minutes later, he rang them. Said they would ring back in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later a driver turned up and said one of their vehicles had broken down at another airport. Conrad had ordered and paid for Street cars to take us home, but had to wait another 15 minutes until transport was available. We had been travelling for approx 6 hours and this caused further delay when we just needed to get home.

I can't praise Conrads taxis enough we used them 16th and 23rd Sept and all I can say is 1st class . Regular text messages to keep you intouch, and courteous drivers. Thank you look forward to our next trip.

No problem with the trip to the airport, driver wasn't very friendly but car was nice. Have uses this service for years without any problems, although a few colleagues have told me they have had issues. Unfortunately this time as we landed, we had been delayed, but wasn't worrying as you would presume they track your flight number, after 40 minutes of waiting I rang up, and a really rude lady said 'your two hours late love what do you expect', after travelling and being so tired this isn't what you expect to hear after theyve taken your money, the driver eventually arrived after an hour (he was lovely had no issues with him as it wasn't his fault) to be told we had to share a car eith another couple!! They hadn't even been on our flight so I was shocked to know that there wasn't even two cars being sent out to us after we had paid upfront, after speaking with other people this morning I have realised this hasn't just happened to us and I wouldn't like it to happen to someone else, especially if they have children it's upsetting and tiring waiting around like that. We have a trip booked in July with conrads and will be cancelling!
