These guys are brilliant we live in a remote village and I don't drive, I have 2 of my older children needing to use connect cars to get to work if its too wet or cold to bike. I have a 16 year old daughter that often needs picking up from her weekend job when it's dark and these guys send the same driver if he's available to make my daughter feel more comfortable. Also my twin girls have needed picking up from parties and connect cars always wait, always get them home safe and always make my girls feel comfortable. To top it off they are cheaper and defo more reliable than any other company in lynn for sure. They offer various ways to pay so my kids are never stuck if they have no cash and they have never been late. They have always tried there hardest to help me out and get me a driver as soon as they can and as yet in all these years they have never failed including early mornings when my eldest decides he doesn't want to bike all the way to work they have always got him to work on time super early . The two ladies that work the phones are so lovely, they are always polite even in unearthly hours unlike other companies who are mostly rude on the phone most the time. This is an excellent company and one that we shall continue to use as a preference over all others in lynn ? thank you connect cars keep up the good work ?

Excellent service from a lovely ("angel") controller and an equally lovely woman driver who couldn't have been more prompt and treated me like royalty. Collected perfectly on time from East Winch to Adrian Flux Arena. Highly recommended.

Worst Experience Ever, Highly Unrecommended Service
I have booked two taxis for the last two days (Sunday and Monday)
On Sunday, I have booked a taxi for 08:15 pm, the taxi arrived on 08:35 pm, 20 min late! When I callled them on 08:20 they said, your driver is two min away will be with you shortly, and When I called them on 08:30 , they did not reply! And I arrived late for my shift in the hospital!
The Next day (Monday) I booked another Taxi with them for 08:15 pm as well, on 08:11 they have called saying we don't have a driver for you until 09:00 pm!!
Cancelling four minutes before my booked time! Really? What kind of company is this?
When I asked why? The operater said I'm sorry but the traffic is really heavy and can't offer you anything until 9pm, when I told her this is unacceptable and why haven't you told me earlier if you don't have a taxi for me as I am going to be late for my shift at hospital again, the operator started shouting and saying what can I do!! The driver car broke down! It's not my fault!

I was shocked! What a service! First saying traffic and then car broke down and shouting on the customer!
I said I'll never use your services again and hanged the phone.
It was one of the worst experience I have ever had, I arrived late to my work in the hospital and my manager was not happy that I was late two days in a row!
I don't ever recommend using connect cars services as I have had the worst experience with them

Used them to go to castle rising from kings Lynn, there and back. Both the women we go where really polite and friendly. They had a lovely chat with us while driving, and pointed out a few things to us, as we've come from London

Just needed a short journey from Kings Lynn centre to BB. Let down by company who dropped us in. It was a quiet Tuesday night Cant walk far so cab only choice, Got us a cab as quickly as possible Very grateful
