Professional Service, found the prices miles cheaper than paying for 2 months parking for our trip to Türkiye, easy to book, arrived on time, courteous and safe drive to Luton, and despite our return flight was a late arrival into Luton smiling Faz was there waiting for us. Absolutely a great experience booking with Connect Cars. My husband and I flew into Birmingham all the way from Canada to visit my mother-in-law for Christmas. We were worried about arriving so late as we didn't want her driving to pick us up, so we turned to Connect Cars to book transport direct to Rugby. The experience was totally seamless - we filled out the form and Lisa contacted us speedily to confirm our booking. We were in constant communication with our driver and we found each other very quickly in the pick-up lot. The car was clean and modern and we had a great chat with our driver! We were so grateful that even after a late-night arrival we could rely on this company to get us where we needed to go. They take both cash and card, if you let them know when booking you'd like to pay by card, so they're also very flexible if you have arrived from another country without any notes on you. This family run company is so professional and makes the journey to the airport stress free. They are reliable, have smart large cars and drive well. They have been brilliant about taking our small son too. On the last trip they even brought us back via a farm to collect eggs for breakfast after an overnight flight. I have used Connect Cars several times in the past few years and can’t recommend them enough. Both Lisa and Faz are friendly yet professional and safe drivers. The cars are clean and spacious and help is given with heavy suitcases when needed! They arrived on time and checked prior to pick up for confirmation of collection times and locations. I will continue to use them when I need a ride to airports or stations in the future.
