We have had an absolute blast at Condover. As always the staff responded quickly and efficiently to all our needs. The catering was wonderful and the instructors and leaders were brilliant, friendly, fun and always made us feel we were in safe hands. Can't wait for our next visit!

My daughter did not enjoy this place. The food was not good and the juices they provided apparently tasted like water mixed with food dye. There were flies circling the food waste area which was right next to my daughter's table. Apparently it made her gag. The rooms were not cool and were extremely hot during the night. The bathrooms were gross especially the showers. However, she did enjoy the activities but overall, I do not recommend.

We have had an excellent time.
Big shout out and thank you to Marc for looking after us so well and encouraging our girls. We all got the best out of every activity.

A note to senior management at JCA, you need to find a way to bottle the culture amongst your staff and sell it. You'll be rich. Your team make this place what it is.

Well organised netball weekend. Activities / entertainment for all during the day/evening for the players and coaches to enjoy. Rooms clean. Safe environment. Great cheese and wine night for the adults. Fabulous weekend. Highly recommend. Staff really friendly and very helpful.

We took a group of year 5 and 6 for a Monday to Friday residential.we all had a fantastic time, the facilities, activities and size of site was perfect for this age group. The staff were all welcoming and professional. The food great and they catered for allnour nutritional needs. Thoroughly recommend the Centre for school groups up to year 6.

Staff helpfulness is very important and JCA staff definitely delivered in this respect. All the instructors and managers we encountered (Jack, Alicia, Liam, Tag, Ella, Joe and others) were brilliant and the kids loved them! Naturally with an organisation this large three are hiccups, but all our concerns/queries were dealt with quickly and helpfully. Thank you so much - we had an amazing time!

Excellent 4 day residential. Great range of activities provided by talented instructors. The food is excellent and has a good range and the accommodation is clean, fresh and covers all the basics for comfort.

Our daughter returned from condover last week, we were a little apprehensive before she left as she has coeliacs so we were worried she would struggle to eat as this is normal whether we go anywhere but we did not need to worry. She eat like a queen for the whole 3 days. They even managed to pretty much make sure she had very similar food to all of her friends so she she didn’t feel different. She had pancakes for breakfast which she loved and it seems that every care was always taken when making her food (according to the teachers 😊) so just wanted to say a big thank you as it’s these sorts of things that really help. She also had the best time doing all the activities x what a great experience for her first time away with school.
