In April 2023, I purchased flights to Australia, to be with my family. My son had a surprise 40th birthday, and it was a surprise, but after I arrived at the airport, I was told that there was a problem with my visa, which I had filled in and received an email from Australian Home Affairs that everything SHOULD be going through. They wouldn't let me on the plane, and I missed out on my son's birthday. I was told to get sorted again as in May 2023 my sons fiance was having my granddaughter, and to be there would be fantastic. Once again I was refused, but before I tried getting any flights sorted. Then we all decided that Christmas would be a great time for a visit to my son, my grandchildren and other friends I have there, and I have been to Australia 5 times before, which added to my frustration.

I decided to try the help of Concept Australia, who have been a fantastic help, in advising me and they send in my next visa application, which was referred because of someone else with the same name as myself,who was a wanted criminal.

And also Concept Australia did everything they could to make that trip happen but it couldn't as the VACCU were still assessing my application.

Jane, the lady who was sorting my case, if that is the correct word, then told me that there was no point in contacting them as now was just a waiting game, and the pressure is on them, and not us. On 10th April 2024 I look in my inbox, and there is an email from Jane with my GRANTED VISA, which I'll be honest I thought was never coming. My son gets married on 1st September this year, and Yes, I am now purchasing my flights to share one of the happiest days. After this horrid experience, I would never again think of trying to sort a travel visa out without the professional help of CONCEPT AUSTRALIA.
