I'm afraid this Company let us down by not turning up to take us to a Coach Pick up point that we had booked and paid weeks in advance, I don't know why they didn't turn up, We had to ask a neighbour for help in getting to the Coach pick up point which we made in time. Sorry Computer Cabs I'm not one to complain, I would have liked to have recommended Computer Cabs but as they didn't turn up I can't honestly rely on the service, I can't afford to be let down and won't be using Computer Cabs again

Phoned up and was told the driver is 5 minutes away and the cost is £14
The driver turned up 20-25 minutes later
The driver went the longer way and stopped at every opertunity to bump the meter up. Didn't even say sorry for the delay nothing just laughed.

Booked a taxi for an elderly person which was going to be 5 mins , got a call from them telling me that they cannot drive in rochester high street on a Saturday. I explained it was the chatham end and not the main High st and they still didn't listen ..I suspect the driver didnt want to do a short journey job..wont use them again

Operator was friendly and cab came within twenty minutes when five other firms had nothing to send. Driver was also friendly and safe enough.

This is my usual go to cab when I don’t use Uber and for some reason I had order a taxi and they said “won’t be long” I asked “how long roughly that would be please ? “ and they just hang up the phone , I called back 10 mins later and the lady hang up the phone after she heard my voice , then I called to ask what’s going on with the cab I had book and she said “go away” which very confusing to me cause I haven’t done anything to her. Disappointing because I didn’t know people use emotion and self entitlement to work.

Terrible taxi company!!!!! If i could give 0 I would!!!!!!
Me, my partner and our baby was left out in the cold this evening for over an hour! We was told 20 minutes at first by a rude lady then after 25 minutes I rang again and was told 15 mins by the same rude lady! After this our baby had weed through his clothes and was sick all down him self and me (there was no available place to change our baby and it was to cold to quickly do in he's pram behind a blanket) our poor little baby was cold and everything was wet from wee and sick! This is the first time our baby has been like that and we feel terrible that this has happened to him! This company it's dreadful. Finally after an hour of waiting I rang again and a nice lady answered and said it was just coming, it turned up about 5 mins later!
This is not on you do not do this to people let alone to babies!!! What is wrong with people these days

***DO NOT USE THIS “SERVICE”***
I wish I could do 0 stars. What a disgusting way to be treated. They lied on the phone my taxi was a couple minutes away, and then never showed up! Missed my train, ruined my entire day. Gave plenty of time for error in case they were a little late. They blocked my number and didn’t hear from them again.

Diabolical service - Cab driver parked around the corner when he could have parked directly outside my home. I was left with 15 bags of shopping on the pavement. I had to carry them in and leave bags out of sight around the corner and when I came back 2 lowlifes had ran off carrying my Xmas shopping. Not a way to treat a woman especially when he could have parked right outside my house. Really really poor and disgusting service and cost me my shopping.
