A dark skinned man tried to run me down at traffic lights and went straight through the lights he was inches form killing me even though he could see otwrs has stopped and didn't vent slow down, completely unacceptable he should be jailed

Giving a three star rating **. Because operator who was female was absolutely lovely polite but the driver they sent out to pick up was a very arrogant cheeky elderly man !!! Who moaned his seats were wet!! When it’s Scotland we live in quite obvious it’s gonna be wet when questioned about it we explained there was no liquid in the car for his reply to be “ but your eating a packet of crisps but ” it was my child who was eating crips his attitude was disgusting to towards a paying customer!! Company I suggest you teach your some selected drivers some customer service he never got his tip

Never had had any issues over the past 6 years drivers always on time and speedy when available. Left my car keys in a Red Seat Toledo and the driver even came inside the restaurant to drop them off around 30 minutes later my absolute life saver!!!

Was negotiating a right turn at the roundabout outside stobhill hospital. I was clearly indicating a right turn when a company cars taxi flew out in front of me. Thankfully I was able to make an emergency stop. The taxi driver then opened his door and gave me a torrent of verbal abuse even although he was clearly in the wrong.

Operator started to argue with my husband. Booked a taxi from the Puffer for 7.20pm to take us to Milton of Campsie bowling club & also booked one for coming home. My husband received a text to say that the taxi has been booked from our home address, so he calls back to say that the text was wrong & he was told that the taxi would pick us up from the Puffer as booked. Standing outside the Puffer text was sent to say that our taxi was outside, went outside no taxi. Called back again to ask where the taxi was & was told that it was outside the house when we asked for us to be picked up at the Puffer. Operator accused my husband of shouting at her & then said she's not there to be shouted at. My husband asked her a question & she hung up on him. Called back for a 4th time only for the Operator to continue from where she left off. This Operator was & is very rude accussing my husband of having an attitude, which wasn't the case at all. He then asked if our taxi was still booked from the bowling club, she said is your attitude going to be better later on & then my husband told her to stick the taxi up her arse. Never using them again.

The woman on the phone had a very rude and abrupt manner.

I asked if I could book a taxi for that evening and informed her that if anything changed then I would phone them in advance and cancel. “What do you mean need to cancel!” She said.
She told me to go to another taxi company and told me that too many people don’t call to cancel their taxi booking.
I told her that I use taxis frequently and always inform companies in advance if I need to cancel, which is very rare.

After I asked her to book the space for me, she then told me it would be considerably later than the time she originally gave me.

She should be doing whatever she can to accommodate customers needs and requirements. This is a service that we pay for.
This person should not be working with the public.

I have always been a strong advocate of using this local company, until now! Atrocious service and I’ll never use them again. Rude driver and I was left alone as a lone traveler and treated with total disregard and no concern for the safety of a woman alone. Unbelievable service to a long standing, loyal customer

Shocking customer service. Booked a taxi and they cancelled it without our notice, then started blaming it on us as though we were in the wrong. Do not use under any circumstances. Blame culture and overpriced. AVOID. Taxis are supposed to help you in awkward situations instead of leave you in them. Shocking.
