Had a great tour. Paul was a really cool guide and i was glad to meet him, he had loads of stories about bike and road trips he has done literally all over europe and in Africa as well and really got me thinking about my next trip and what else I want to see and do.

Friendly bunch and a really amazing experience all round, will do another one next year.

The Austrian and Swiss alps tour with Columbus motorcycle tours was fantastic.ever detail was meticulously planed.Every hotel was to a high standard Paul the tour guide was amazing and very patient.The routes that he took us through were full of absolutely amazing breath taking views and roads. I would definitely recommend Paul and Columbus to anyone looking to take a well organised motorcycle tour. I will definitely be joining them again.

I Have riden in europe quite a few Times , However I took my Partner as Pillion and i wanted to illiminate hassle with routes and Accomodation so Contacted Paul at Columbus. I chose the Alps and Dolomites Grand Tour and it was Awesome. i was Really impressed with the Lead riding, Gpx routes for each day are in your Sat Navs should you wish to go at your own pace or as we did chose to stay with the Group especially on the 1st couple of days getting confidence in my Garmin XT which prior to the trip would send me Crazy. Paul However has lots of tips on settings and Skips to get these devices operating as you would want. Stops are planned for Refreshments, Lunch Fuel. If you are in two minds wether to go on a guided tour I would strongly recommend you do it you wont be disappointed. I think the cost is Value for Money for sure
Yeah you could do it cheaper on your own but for me once the group had Bonded it was a real pleasure to Ride with like minded Bikers a lot is included in the Price including specified evening Meals as stated but I had not even read that . We had 2 Pillion Bikes and the rest were solo, there is no pressure to ride outside what is your comfort zone. My Only regret was not taking a Vented Jacket as the weather for us was Hot being in the mountains was a welcome relief. Paul has Lots of experience and has done all the hard work planning routes and booking Hotels . I personally could not have enjoyed it any more than i did except for my Lighter Vented Jacket . I will defo save up and Go on other Tours with Columbus. Every Hotel exceeded my expectations The Lake Garda hotel for me was the best Hotel I have ever stayed the owners were Outstanding, Good communication from Paul at Columbus from Booking giving you Links for Vignets in Austria and switzerland you spend very little time on motorways BTW , you also receive a Base layer shirt which was my Go Too Garment through out the trip easy wash and dry you also get Phone charger unit water bottle Lanyards which i was not expecting and used them all , I would say the Mileages are just right right arriving at the overnight stays at a reasonable time However if you want to arrive earlier its your perogative to miss some stops. My only disappointment was having to come Home. The Roads for me were the best i have ever riden a real Proper Adventure I highly recommend you Go

A great week. The routes were fantastic and the trip was very well managed. Hotels and the food was also great . I also made some new friends. All in all an amazing week and i will be booking again for next year !

When we bought our Honda Goldwing two years ago we were not sure how we could explore the European countries by road. We had no previous experience riding in Europe. We looked at the options of different tour companies and finally decided to go with Columbus motorcycle tours. We went on the 14 day Alps, Dolomites Grand Tour in July 2023. We were amazed with the fantastic experience we had. The tour was meticulously planned and the hotels were exceptional. Paul-our guide
looked after us very well. It was a small group, which helped get closer and enjoy the evenings after the ride out. All in all it was one of the most memorable holiday of our lifetime and would definitely do it again. Thanks again to Paul for the wonderful experience.

This was my first tour with Columbus and I had a fantastic time, well planned routes, excellent hotels. As I had the GPS routes I could go at my own pace, stop when I wanted and never had any pressure to stay with the group. I would definitely recommend Columbus no matter what pace you like to ride at.

I can not praise this company enough, I have given 5 stars but would give more if it were possible. Paul the tour guide is great company and plans the routes and hotels to perfection. I've recently come back from the Napoleon tour which was my third tour in 2years and my second this year (2024). I met some great new friends on all the tours and will be booking again in 2025. Keep up the good work Paul and I will see you for another brilliant adventure next year.
