Absolutley lovely cottages. 14 of us were down for a fishing trip. Honestly, these cottages were perfect for us. Had everything you could ask for. I would not hesitate to go back to these amazing cottages. The living area was great with an open-plan living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms were spotless and the beds were so comfy. The bathroom was more of the same, clean and tidy, and the shower was amazing too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We will hopefully be back again soon

Coldham Cottages are really quite wonderful. This is our third visit and we are already booked again for this summer. The cottages are well equipped with all the amenities you would need. The beds are extremely comfortable and the whole cottage is spotlessly clean. There is wifi and freeview. The buildings are solidly built so there is no noise disturbance from the neighbouring cottages. The grounds are well maintained offering plenty of safe space for children to play, especially as the cottages themselves are located a fair distance from the main road. There is plenty of opportunity for nice walks around the fields, some nice short routes are ideal for young children and some much longer ones are available too. The village of Riseley is a short walk or drive away where you will find a very good English pub and a small traditional village store.

We stayed here in April 08 (hubby, dad, son and me), mainly as a base for visiting family. The cottage itself was excellent. Extreamly well equiped and comfortable, absolutly no complaints and would definatly use again and recommend. We only had one small hitch with the shower which was sorted quickly. A great place to stay.

We had such a lovely stay at the cottage this summer. We were two adults and two teenage children. There are several cottages all in the same site. Walls are thick...and so we never heard noise from any others. It was a very well appointed cottage that contained everything that you needed. The place was very clean, with beautiful bathrooms. A real home from home. Good tv and spotty internet connection.

We stayed here for two nights whilst attending a nearby event. The cottage that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and tidy and we very much enjoyed our time here. The location is lovely and makes for a peaceful break. The family were very accommodating to us during the booking stage (for which we are very grateful!). We will definitely return.

We stayed at Coldham cottages for 10 days with our son and daughter-in-law and their two small boys. The 3-bedroom cottage was perfect for our needs. There was an ensuite to the main bedroom and another bathroom with a bath. My daughter-in-law and I agreed that all the equipment in the house was better than we had at home - loads of crockery, cutlery, beautiful cookware. The beds were very comfortable and the linen on the beds was beautiful. The setting was gorgeous in the midst of fields rape and wheat. The delightful village of Riseley is walking distance. The nearby villages are all worth a visit. It is a lovely part of England. It is also very central for visits to a number of well-known cities like Cambridge and Oxford and if you like exploring backroads (and don't mind getting lost in the process) it's an added bonus. If however you like A roads, they're close too. We had the added bonus of old friends beeing able to book another cottage in the complex for a few days and catching up with them after thirty-five years.|

Lovely location where you can hear the birds sing and gaze across the picturesque landscape from the windows of the cottage.||We booked a week stay in Aug 2013 and ended up staying an extra night ...just so reluctant to leave .||Accommodation spacious and well presented. ...everything on board for a comfortable holiday.||Ideal if like us we had family in the area and grandchildren to enjoy during the day but oh so peaceful to return later to the cottage for a home cooked meal or off to the local pub to eat within easy walking distance.||Enjoyed the sunshine sat outside with our own garden table and chairs.||We shall return.

Beautiful location and scenery. Had a lovely warm welcome. Good facilities although rooms are on the small side. Great place for a base to explore the local area. Lovely touch of teas, coffees and hot chocolate on arrival. Would come back
