Awful service, booked a taxi via their free to use phone at the Premier inn Rhuddlan for 11.30 the following day to take us to a wedding. At 11.45 I called them to ask where the taxi was. They claimed it had been sent to the wrong premier inn. Not sure how when they have a free phone in the hotel. The operator then promises me there will be one in 10-15 mins. 45 mins later still no taxi. I phoned again she said it was 5 mins away. 15 mins later still no taxi so we had to make other plans and only just made it on time.

Experienced aggressive behaviour from one of the drivers. Dispicable behaviour from a so called professional service. Road rage and lack of common courtesy makes for a negative interaction. I will NEVER be calling these bullies, I’d rather walk over hot coals?

Rang Sunday night as friend had missed the last bus from Dyserth.was told by a woman with a couldn't care less attitude that he would have to wait an hour for her to pick him up and that she didnt have an officemy friend agreed but asked if she would text him just before arrival as it was a cold wet night.she refused and said wed have to keep a look out.over an hour passed us constantly checking if she was there and still no sign.i rang on his behalf to see where she was and was told "shed been and gone" she had not even bothered to come and now it was too late to ring anywhere else.she hung up on me and sounded half asleep.my poor friend had to walk all the way to Rhyl in the freezing cold and rain!
I felt bad as I had recommended this company.i had ,had good service in the past.judging by the reviews it seems if you book early you get good service but if you book after eleven at night they don't even turn up! disgusting service will never use again!

Called Sunday just after 12am for a lift from Dyserth to just outside Rhyl, 15 minus journey. Woman on line was rude and didn't seem to know the most basic way of acknowledging how to confirm the ride has pulled up, didn't honk or cold call your phone, I asked who it was ,it's just me in an office (!) have us an hour wait, we checked outside enery 5 minutes and didn't even hear a car. Phoned then back an hour later and they said someone was sent, but we didn't hear a single car arrive. Most disappointing, I had to cycle home in dark, cold and wet weather on dangerous roads because of this let down. I would just rather be told we can't make it and try another service then this runaround. Physician heal thyself.

I booked the taxi from A&E to go to Colwyn bay. I was informed when the taxi would be there, the type and colour of the car also the registration number. I had a text to say the driver was driving into the car park. The driver was very polite. Excellent service.

Excellent service! I was at the hospital visiting my Dad, when I heard my Mum had a fall at home. Frustratingly my car is off the road so I had been relying on 2hr bus journeys.
The driver arrived quickly and offered to help my Mum too. I will deff recommend & use again.

Always say they never have any taxis no matter the day or time, women in the office is also rude and unhelpful
