Needed a great sea kayaking coach to mentor me in competing in the Yukon Rover Quest. I chose bespoke 121 days with Roger and his Company Coastal Spirit out of anglesey. A great socailly distanced learning experience.

His knowledge and ability to teach the knowledge needed is astounding. A world leader in sea kayak coaching and leading expeditions. Simply put, You can tell.There are many more solo sessions to come. However, I can safely say I finished these two days empowered, upskilled and smiling knowing I am safer and at a more competative level.

Have done a few courses with Roger at Coastal Spirit. Very structured sessions based around what you want to learn and where you are trying to get to. Roger has an amazing coaching style, you'll have so much fun, meet some great fellow paddlers, you'll push yourself out of your comfort zone and learn great new skills without feeling like you are being constantly coached. Roger is very attentive and observant and despite being part of a group you will feel like you have had a very tailored experience. Will keep going back to Coastal Spirit as every time my paddling skills and confidence improve significantly..

I highly recommend Coastal Spirit. This weekend I completed my Three Star Sea Kayak award and I can honestly say, what a blast. At no point did it feel like a test, on going learning and assessment through the weekend and I’ve come out of it a better paddler. I look forward to completing more steps along my paddling journey with Coastal Spirit.
