The guy that works there is extremely rude with NO manners. Stay clear if you’re allergic to dogs because they have one on a daily in there. I would NOT recommend!

Very disappointed &annoyed we stayed at the marine wed 3rd to 6th Dec while there my bag of prescription tablets & inhalers went missing ii reported to reception to b told they would have a word with house keeping !!! Then from there we went to stay in caravan the same day as checking out & reporting the incident & realised my perfume was missing too I phone the hotel to let them know only to b spoken to buy the assistant manager like I was a price of dirt I was told it was to late to ring police as I'd left the hotel the police wouldn't have attended anyway!!!! I would have expected the hotel staff to have felt with the matter + while getting ready to leave the maid opened door to our room &wen she seen me shut door & legged it up stairs so warning to u all thinking if llandudno the marine take a safe with u for your valuables!!!

Raised an issue with their helpdesk system 2 weeks before arrival at the Vestry in Newport. 1 week later, received an automated response saying my call had been allocated. Fearing no time to resolve the issue before we arrived, I raised a follow up call. Day of departure and no comms at all. We jst had to chance our holiday to luck - the previous renters had an issue with sewerage.

1 week after completing our stay we had an email from them asking to comment on well they dealt with our issue. As you can imagine, I told them EXACTLY how well they managed it.
I work in a service industry. I know that problems and mistakes can happen in the best services. A good business lives or dies by how it deals with the problems. This company were disgraceful. You might be lucky and have no problems. But you might not. So my advice is to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Also... We were not allowed to check in until 4pm. We arrived at 4.05 and had to wait until after 5pm for the cleaners to leave.

I agree with the negative reviews posted here. Our holiday home was extremely dated, not as in the photos online, and it was dirty. Smelled damp and musty, like it hadn’t been opened up for a long time. The accommodation was all ground floor with no locking windows, which with kids is dangerous in my opinion. We were so unhappy with the place we left early, complained to Coast and Country holidays who have dismissed all of our complaints by saying that as we didn’t notify them within 48 hours basically it’s all our fault! In response to our complaint, they admitted that they just spoke with the owners and didn’t go to the property to inspect it after receiving the complaint!
Advise anyone thinking of using them to think very carefully first.

Our cottage was in an appalling condition and uncleaned, we had an alternative on a main road next to a building site, at a lower cost than the one we paid for. They are very slow to respond to our complaint and have not refunded us for the holiday or even offered the difference in price. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone planning to holiday in Wales, and would definately advise against booking with this company. I could not post this without giving 1 star but I do not think they deserve it.

I have to agree with the person below who posted one star. I was very disappointed with the property I booked through this company and contacted them once 6 weeks ago, then again 2 weeks ago. So far I have only had a brief acknowledgment of first my email. I think this is an unacceptable response to the problems I described and I would never book through them again.
