AVOID absolutely disgusting service. 2 coaches were an hour late. Due at 6.30am on a sub-zero morning in January and didn’t show until 7.30 with the guy telling me they were ‘just nearby’ for an hour. When they eventually turned up, one coach was smaller than we had booked so we had to send people home. Windscreen had two large cracks in it. ABS malfunction warning on dashboard! First driver was clueless and was driving while holding his phone! Promised me some compensation and then have never sent it despite numerous chasing by me. Absolutely disgusting

Only giving 1 star as cant give 0. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. i booked through target coaches and they outsource their buses from this company. bus was meant to pick up a group of us at 6am and take us to creamfields, bus was 2 and half hours late with me being told to ‘calm down’ when i asked where our bus was. The bus we got on was a disgrace, their was mess and it was disgusting, smelt vile aswell. bus also had the windows virtually tapped on. 0 checks where done before hand as the bus proceeded to break down and pull in on the side of a motorway at a slip road!!! where we came to discover that the wheels had zero bolts holding them on!!!!! we then phoned the owner of the company who proceeded to say ‘if we get any more phone calls we will leave them at the side of the motorway’. We then waited a further 2 hours to wait on a recovery coach to come and collect us. On our way home the bus company stuck us on a bus with another group even though it was a private hire. WHATEVER YOU FO DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. (the keener also tried to charge me £250 for drinking on the bus but when we got on and started drinking there was no mention of a £250 fee) AVOID AVOID AVOID will be taking further and demanding compensation

I cannot express this enough
PLEASE for the love of god any driver do not work for Coach Travel Solutions!! Based out of Blackburn! And do not travel with them!!! Currently on the phone made me go out on a 2 day tour to Scotland went up there the company made me late by not having the coach ready it was a complete and utter state, one of the batteries out the 2 went bust and the coach broke down after this when reaching Edinburgh leaving me stranded they refused to pay for my hotel until they did in the end after a long time of him saying it’s not my concern because the passengers cancelled the contract
He’s now refusing me payment
Please look elsewhere this is happening to every driver ASIF (the owner) employs! Please please avoid il be reporting the vehicles to Vosa for damages and taking him to court

NO STARS - I work for a charity looking after Ukrainian refugees, we booked this company for a trip on the 9th June and they failed to turn up. They have also not returned our £1750 payment which has been promised. Awful company

Absolute shocking company, booked a coach with them in November, they cancelled the night before at 10pm to date still awaiting for a refund. Asif Din is an absolute Lier promises to make payment but doesn't. If he can rip off & steal from a charity clearly proves he's got no morals. Avoid at all costs

We got this coach company last year, always replied back to emails and text messages. Picked us up on time to take Skegness. Price was the best around and trust me I emailed a few. Drivers was lovely. We are going back to Skegness in 2 weeks for the weekend again and going with this amazing company again. We used this same coach company in March just gone and both drivers was lovely men. We felt relaxed with them never had one issue and again the price did it for us. We will be using them again next March for our Skegness trip

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BOOKING AND DON'T SHOW UP.

Coach booked for 55 people including children for 5 am from Blackburn to London, driver didn't show. 3 contact numbers that nobody was answering.

Finally got through to someone who strung us along for hours, excuse given was drivers weren't answering their phones.

Luckily organiser's of the trip had access to a mosque where we could keep warm. Waited till 8 am, strung along but still no show. Now going home.

Scam of a company run by a someone you wouldn't want as a friend or an employer. Broken and smashed up coaches, not maintained, leaving drivers stranded and withholding payment. Avoid at all costs.
