Always delays minimum delay at least 1 hour to 1 hour 45 min.

Crane operators don’t car about your time. Sometimes at night in wait just for drop around hour and i alone at port. Peak times waiting times its horrible. Not always, but sometimes you can wait betwen 2-3 hours. Take extra time. You can come 5 min earlier or up to 5 min late on vbs time.

It's the most poxy place in the country to get vbs bookings the place itself is ok but there's to many hauliers to get a vbs they have to change or people will go elsewhere and they will all be out of work I can't stand going there at the moment it's a disaster zone
