Absolute joke of a service from them, my brother and sister get taxis home to school which are pre paid by social work and are due 8.20 everyday and they never come on time, never even close. 9 am they should already be in school and not still waiting for taxi to come. Absolutely rude as I phoned everyday to check when the taxi will arrive and they stopped picking up the phone. Hopefully I can set up a contract with a different taxi company soon enough.

Never in my life have I had a taxi company not be able to tell me how long a drivers ETA is it's a if and when we have a taxi.. which to me is very poor service if your calling for a hire ASAP and your told I can't give you a ETA.. well I'll just wait in the freezing cold for 40 mins for a hire. What if someone needs to make a train due? Or have to be somewhere immediately due to a family bereavement OR they want to go to the airport. I'm guessing even if you book in advance for a PRIVATE hire PAID for hire, which I have they just don't turn up. Terrible service which needs a whole infrastructure revamp. What's the point in having a taxi service which the drivers decide wether or not they want to take your hire? If they say yes and don't appear it's still due to the fact they can't promise a time. Very confusing especially for someone in the community who works and I need to be able to call a taxi and be giving ATLEAST an ETA and to track which vehicles are where.

I booked taxi day in advance due to having to go to a funeral, I was advised they would get as close to my requested time but couldn't promise it, which is understandable but they arrived spot on my requested time I was feeling a bit emotional but driver was so friendly. If I need a taxi from Bellshill again will definitely be using you again.

My boyfriend and I found this taxi company online, and after waiting for approximately half an hour, the driver arrived. Everything seemed normal, except for the fact that the driver continuously asked me where I was from during the ride, which made me realize that something was off. Upon getting off the taxi, the driver condescendingly said "goodbye Chineseman" to me, assuming that I didn't understand the meaning behind the words. I was furious and responded by saying "it's not okay to say that". However, the driver tried to defend himself by stating that "there's nothing wrong with calling you Chineseman because you're from China". As it was my first time experiencing racial discrimination, and due to the shock that it caused me, my boyfriend and I did not take any action to protect my rights at the time.

I would like to warn any Asian individuals who may come across this review, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

I never used the services of this company, but today went to a friend's house and he called a taxi from Club Taxis because he is already a customer for a long time. I waited an hour after 3 calls to say that had not yet arrived and the lady who answers the call to say that the car was in front of my door, a big lie.After I gave another opportunity but had to give up and I ended up calling another company to RedLine and 10 minutes later had a car for my door. This expectation caused by the irresponsibility of the Club Taxis drivers meant that I had to pay more than double because already passed midnight and be the eve of Christmas. I hope, never be tempted to call a taxi this company. Already Service of RedLine was excellence. The wait made me come to pay more than double because it was after midnight.
