Called this company after we couldn’t find a cab more local to us, they agreed to do the journey for £40 (it was a 7min car ride) but we didn’t have a choice and agreed to pay it. The lady on the phone was pretty rude and helpful. Called the night of the event to see if we could get picked up earlier and he said he was “in the middle of a pool match”, super professional! The cab stinks inside too.

Booked for a return trip the day before and was quoted £38 return. Next day, just 30 mins before the pick-up was due, they called me to say the cost was now £65. I had no option but to go with it as it was too late to find anyone else. Several other people did the same journey (a Hotel to a Wedding Venue and return) and the typical price was £35 - £40. If you use this company, be prepared for their games and to be ripped off by them.

Arranged a cab with cliffs for my grandparents anniversary to take them home at 11:30pm. Besides them being extremely vulnerable and elderly people it was extremely cold wet weather. He was a no show. Don’t take bookings if you’re unable to cope!

At 9.00 this morning in Watchet High St.
A silver Volkswagen taxi ( GM65 RYT ) reversed into me. ( I was stationary and sat in the vehicle )
When I got out and asked him to stop and get out he drove off.
After driving and searching for him, I found him and asked him to pull over, again he drove off.
I followed him until he stopped. When confronted on why he refused to stop after hitting me , his response was I only touched you.
When I said you had driven away from the scene and I was going to call the police his response was to do what I wanted as he didn’t care.
Damage to my vehicle is minimal, but the fact he refused to stop and was so flippant when eventually stopped tells me this man has the moral compass of a slug.
I love to support local businesses but this man has prompted me to post this.
Having seen the way he drives and conducts himself I would never use him and I strongly recommend that you all use a different taxi service.
