We recently visited for my birthday - we had a girly spa day! What can I say great packages…. My treatment was done my Elizabeth wow! She was soo good with my back massage I wish it didn’t stop. So many sauna and steam rooms to choose from, the food was nice. And the best thing the changing rooms had hairdryers and GHD straighteners! We absolutely loved it will definitely be returning good value for money 🫶🏽🩷

We had such a lovely time ( a group of 4 ladies ) . The spa is so nice with so many saunas a lovely pool .the foot spas are really nice and there's lots of places to sit/lay and just relax . We chose the back massage and it was soon nice. They girls in there were really nice aswell. The afternoon tea was lovely it was nice to have a choice of scones aswell . I woukd definitely recommend it here and will certainly revisit

Had an amazing Mother’s Day🩷 Was welcomed by staff and went through to the cafe to purchase a snack before our treatments which is very reasonably priced. Had a 90 minute treatment session consisting of a full body massage, facial and scalp massage which was lovely😊 Afterwards we enjoyed the afternoon tea and then spent the rest of the afternoon enjoying the spa facilities which has an ice plunge pool, foot spas, pool, steam and sauna rooms. Had a lovely day, parking is accessible nearby and all staff were lovely thankyou again😊

We had an amazing time. You can choose from the morning and evening session. There are a lot of activities, all different saunas, cold ,hot showers swimming pool, spa. We bought a woucher, so had lunch included. Most of the facilities are clean and looked after, however you could see some imperfection. During lunch time, the waiting time was much more over the top, waiting 30minutes. Afternoon tea itself was nice.

It was extremely busy, almost impossible to get privacy, but i think it was due to the deal being on offer. The massage experience was poor and painful, we ordered 90minutes but got 45min, but you know that's good.😝 The massage room was cold, too much lights, hot massage stones burned my skin and i had to scream a bit ❤️ however ladies themselves was very kind and friendly and patient. I think massages fail due to poor organization and poor financing of places, they want to feel people comfortable in.

Next to the pool it was hard to find space to chill, like mentioned before, too many people, so you had to go and find what to do hoping when you come back you will get one - happened to the end of day 🤣🤷

I also lack a space to be outside, but it has nothing to do with this particular spa. All their activities are done inside and it's cool, but it's a blessing to get your ass outside after a hot sauna session ☺️

All together experience was nice, beautiful changing rooms and nice stuff. A lot of different activities and so on, however for me this is not a place to come back. ☺️❤️

My partner and I was gifted a spa package by our daughter for a 25 minute treatment and afternoon tea. Unfortunately the service promoted on your website was far from what we experienced on the day.
To begin with we arrived for an afternoon spa at 4:30 to be informed that our treatment times had been changed from 18:30 to 16:35 without prior notice, due to this me and my partner had no time to explore the spa before our treatments, we had to rush to get ready to ensure we made our treatment slot on time.
As we arrived for our treatment we were escorted to the ‘treatment room’ via a number of hallways, to my utter shock we were then taken into what can only be described as a staff room with staff sitting eating their lunch, sat on their phones and chatting to eachother. I was not pre warned that we would be going through a high traffic staff room like this and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable as I was in my bikini and towel. We were taken into our treatment room and me and my partner opted for a back massage, to say this ‘treatment room’ was a disappointment is an understatement. The towels were stained, the noise from the staff room and doors slamming outside the room was far from relaxing. As for the treatment itself, the only way to explain it was painful. The masseuse’s clearly had no training on how to deliver a relaxing massage and pinched and prodded at both myself and my partner for the 25 minutes. My partner had put on the sheet provided prior to the treatment to focus on his shoulder/neck as he had been experiencing some discomfort with this. It was clear the masseuses got the sheets mixed up as his masseuse did not touch his neck, where as mine stood pinching mine for around 5 minutes. The treatment left me with bright red arm marks on my back (which I have attached pictures of) and in excruciating pain. I have had spa treatments before including back massages and I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional practise.
To say this left me feeling disheartened for the rest of the spa day is putting it mildly. After our ‘treatments’ we went into the spa to explore the facilities. We were unable to access the majority of the facilities due to the sheer amount of people. I understand that it was a Saturday afternoon and this would be a peak time for the spa, however there should be consideration for your customers that having that many people crammed in does not create a relaxing environment. Me and my partner managed to use the pools and foot spas, the water was lukewarm at best. By this point I had had enough and asked my partner if we could leave, however he encouraged me to stay to enjoy the afternoon tea we had included in the package. We went to the afternoon tea on time (17:30) and was left standing around waiting for 15 minutes to be seated. The woman in the cafe area was clearly trying her hardest but had been left to seat and assist a cafe full of people on her own. The tea was served in a dirty pot, making the tea taste disgusting (picture attached) and the tea cups were also dirty. The only positive was the food served was of a decent standard.

Me and my partner left the spa day utterly speechless for how shockingly bad it was. We were offered to rebook a 90 minute treatment for 2 and spa day for £99, we turned this down as returning to this spa is the last thing I want to do.

Today we visited Clifford spa for the first time. We had a 90minute treatment and afternoon tea and spa access from 9am until 2pm. The service was lovely , such lovely ambiance and the play was very clean. Afternoon tea arrived swiftly and you could choose what flavour scone plain , cherry or raspberry. I had the cherry scone it was amazing. I’m already looking forward to returning again.

Amazing choice for everyone using the Fire and Ice rooms possibly 20 rooms. Great day very busy start of New Year but we really enjoyed. Lunch was very nice selection of sandwich fingers and deserts. Car park only £4 over the road. Was pleasantly surprised inside as outside does not do it justice. All staff were really pleasant and helpful in all areas. We enjoyed very much and have rebooked using a offer recieved on the day which could be used within 2 years.. Only negative was lockers I didn’t know you couldn’t pay a deposit for a lock they were happy to store bags in another area … I’ll be bringing own lick next time. Thank you for a lovely day
