I was asked by Clarkes Estates (Ashley Wilson) to supply my services to them.
My services were to resolve TV & Satellite signal reception issues at a block of flats that they manage at Horsham, West Sussex.
From the onset of my dealings with Ashley (and his colleague Christina) of Clarkes Estates communications for the organisation of my initial service visit and subsequent services provided were absolutely non existent. Emails ignored, promised return telephone calls, never received.
Most importantly, payment was not received on time. Chased, only to be told" Yes it will be paid today" multiple times. Three weeks later from chase up for payment, payment was finally received!
Would not recommend as a service provider/contractor for anyone to work for Clarkes. I will not provide my services to them due to the awful experiences. I feel other contractors should be aware that they may well experience the same issues I have. I cannot be an isolated case.

Very unprofessional. I spoke to the manager/owner concerning a garage letting. Was expecting, as promised, a lease from them after saying that I was interested. Nothing happened, despite me chasing it up. We were then told that there was another interested party and we were asked by Christina, to make them an offer! No words other than steer clear! No way to run a business!

The best estate agent we ever come across. Everyone at Clarkes, Paul and his team - Christina, Rhiannon, Chloe and Alex - all extremely professional, experienced, very helpful and super friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble for them. We rented, then recently bought our property through Clarkes.
It was a long process due to reasons beyond our control and it would not have been possible without Paul's experience and knowledge. Paul handled the purchase on the most professional way, kept us updated at all the time, he was overly helpful, can't thank him enough! We've been really impressed. Sales and service superiority 5*

I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
Never had such a rude attitude.
They are all very friendly and helpful before you move in, but on check out become very abrupt and not helpful.
They will look for the slightest thing to hold money from deposit. The property was cleaned to a high standard and redecorated but they insist on minor areas that need rectifying.
The property had a damp issue prior to the start of the tenancy which was apparent after cleaning but they still insist that is the tenants responsibility and deduct from deposit. Total cost of moving out was £1200. May as well have just moved out and done nothing to make good and lost deposit - this agent is one to steer clear of
