I wonder why do many universities sign such contracts with Clarity and force students and staff to use it? It’s ridiculous. If you want to be price matched you need to find the train tickets and accommodation yourselves, and then either they refuse to price match or they charge you for the service. I want to be paid for taking pains and spending extra time to use it!

A joke of a travel agency. Literally expect you to find all your own flights and hotels, and charge you for the privilege. Also require multiple emails to follow up to get them to actually book the flights and hotels. The only reason they get business is because they've got a contract with the university forcing university staff to use them.
