Incredibly poor (verging on rude) customer service!

If they weren’t local, I certainly wouldn’t be using them…. And even though they are local, from now on, I am going to try to go to a more professional and friendly post office.

They don’t do more than grunt when you visit and make you out to feel stupid when you ask any questions.

I recently took a package in, which they examined throughly. I wasn’t really too sure why but they seemed very puzzled by the packaging. I had a label to print, which again they criticised because it apparently meant that I didn’t have to write a return address on the box, although they provided no evidence for this. Also, although it was marked as ‘fragile’, they still threw it around and showed no care whatsoever. I immediately became quite worried about whether or not it he parcel would even get to the correct place but was too scared to ask anything through feel of being made to feel stupid by them (again)!

It is not a post office I would recommend at all, unless it is for returns or something that you don’t care about.

Corr blimey, we all come across poor customer service from time to time but this place takes the biscuit. Never mind the basic lack of manners from the two men running this post office (try saying ‘thank you’), if they actually bothered to speak to customers (rather than point at parcels and grunt) then they might get more business. Just a thought.

They never leave house number on slip - only name, always causes problems when picking packages up.

Stupid opening hours. In week 9-5:30 (work hours), and only open Saturday 8:30-1pm. Ridiculous. Often have to wait at least a week before I can pick important packages up.
