I recently had the pleasure of working with Claire Jackson to book a long weekend trip to the Isle of Wight for my mum's special birthday, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic.

From the very beginning, Claire was approachable and took the time to ask questions to truly understand what I was looking for. She recommended the perfect place to stay, and it turned out to be everything she promised – a great location, excellent food, and superb restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The whole process was incredibly easy and straightforward, thanks to her thorough approach and the convenient app she provided.

Claire's exceptional customer service stood out throughout the entire experience. She went above and beyond, even for a short 4-day trip. The small, thoughtful touches like luggage tags, a card wishing us a great trip, and a welcome letter in our room added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. Her communication was excellent, and she followed up with us after the trip to ensure everything went well.

One of the highlights was making unforgettable memories with my mum, thanks to Claire's meticulous planning. Knowing I could call her if anything didn't go as planned gave me peace of mind, and her friendly follow-up after our trip showed her genuine care for her clients.

I would absolutely reach out to Claire again for future trips and highly recommend her to everyone I know. She made our mini-trip brilliant and effortless, and I can't thank her enough for the wonderful experience.

We reached out to Claire Jackson from travel Counsellors to book our honeymoon oct 2024. Claire has been fantastic throughout the entire booking process and a huge help.

Claire began by calling us to find out more about what sort of holiday we hoped to book and what our interests were so she could tailor make our perfect honeymoon experience. Claire then researched the best deals and booked everything for us all we had to do was give her our details she took care of the rest.

Not only that but Claire provided such lovely little touches on the lead up to our holiday including a chalk board honeymoon count down, Congratulations card on the day of our wedding and luggage tags Mr and Mrs. We even received a post card welcoming us back to the UK.

There is a lot going on across the world right now and trying to book a honeymoon when my husband and I both have such hectic schedules was proving tricky.
