Hello we were with the family generally book on caravans And so we came back And I think and we will go to see go to the carousel but we just came to the Halloween party for children a lot of attractions for adults also find something good will find cool games fun further was a funfair very nicely spent time only you have to remember to stock up on money. Unless it's a trip for two, it's different.

Clacton Pier is a great destination for anyone looking to enjoy a classic British seaside experience with a modern twist. Situated in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, the pier offers a variety of activities, making it perfect for families, couples, and friends. The amusement park features fun rides like roller coasters, dodgems, and a carousel, offering entertainment for all ages. The arcade, filled with games and machines, adds a nostalgic touch for those who love the excitement of winning prizes.

If you prefer a quieter visit, the pier offers beautiful views of the North Sea, making it a great place for a relaxing stroll or to simply sit and take in the scenery. The dining options on the pier provide everything from classic fish and chips to sweet treats, so you can enjoy your meal while soaking up the seaside atmosphere.

In addition to rides and food, there are plenty of other activities like adventure golf, ten-pin bowling, and sea-fishing trips, making Clacton Pier a versatile destination. The pier is especially lively during the summer with live music, events, and fireworks. However, the experience can be weather-dependent, as it’s best enjoyed on a sunny day.

While some parts of the pier may feel a bit dated, it retains its charm, and ongoing updates keep it fresh. Overall, Clacton Pier is a fun and vibrant spot, perfect for a day out by the sea.

The Clacton peir was very beautiful and good scenery brilliant walk into the arcade part lots of things to do and looks really nice the only thing that disappointed me and my girlfriend. Was the staff told us it was 30 pounds each to go on all

the rides just for 3 people which I thought was a massive piss take and not worth the money then I looked onto the website and said it's 20 pounds each to go on the rides then someone told us it's 17.99 pounds for 1 person so I

wouldn't recommend going on the rides if there gonna mug someone off for there money that's why they don't get a 5 star review. To anyone who goes their be careful in the money cost ?❌

It was very nice a bit too windy but still enjoyed it. The public toilet had been closed due to damage so it was not easy to find toilet, but managed as well. The pier is good for bigger kids I think not so much for little ones.

this is a place i go to every year as my grandad lives quite nearby. it’s beautiful on a sunny day and even in the winter the pier itself is a nice view looking out at the coast and the beach. amazing for younger children and the arcades have an amazing atmosphere, the staff are so lovely too.

Town was absolutely packed due to the afternoons Airshow. Went to the pier which we all enjoyed the vibrancy and noise of the attractions. Takes you back in time..brilliant pier.
Unfortunately due to the high winds.. start of Airshow put back a couple of hours which was a shame cos.. .missed the spitfire/hurricane and Lancaster flypast as well as the B17 flying fortress!!!

Always great to visit here.
Sadly the outside rides were closed as we came at night, but we enjoyed the arcades inside and visited local bar just opposite.

Really nice to see it lit up

In short, a great place to spend some money - if you don’t mind spending said money on such entertainment. As far as amusements and food go, Clacton Pier has it all. If you’re staying in Clacton, then you will likely be visiting.

Long Review: Without a doubt, those who run Clacton Pier have taken great care, pride and investment to make this a holiday hotspot for the family. If you are visiting Clacton Beach, then the pier cannot be missed. Inside, you’ll find a host of different activities ranging from child’s soft play, mini golf (indoors), amusement arcade, ten pin bowling, fun fair rides, plenty of choices for food/drink, laser tag, fishing and of course plenty of sweets. I would say, if you come, budget for the experience. We were happy to dwindle some money into the amusements, but if you’re looking for a tidy deal, the Big Day Out Band is a bargain, granting you or your kids unlimited access to the rides, a 4d movie experience, a free game of mini golf, 5 free go’s on arcade video games (non tickets) and 50 free tickets for arcade prize shop. All this cost only £20 when booked online and it kept my kids busy for hours. We got the most out of the bands! If you’re staying in Clacton - it’ll be a hard place to avoid.
