WRECKLESS DRIVERS. I was hit by one of their drivers in their company vehicle. The driver ran a red light and caused thousands in damage to my car. The driver even admitted fault and told me he went through the red light. He assured me we would go through their company insurance and take care of it. I found out that the company manager, Paul Clarke, (who was not at the scene) called their insurance company and disputed the claim so their insurance wouldn't cover anything without video proof, which I did not have. I was left to pay for the damages out of my pocket. The mechanic I went to was shocked CLAAS did this and was nice enough to try and bring the price down for me but I still had to pay £3,200 in repairs and was without a car for months. I was very disappointed in the dishonesty and how the situation was handled by CLAAS.
