CJ Hole Bishopston are amazing! Particularly note goes out to Andy, who gave me update most weeks on all the viewings on my house sale.

Initial experience was buying from CJ Hole, and they were great at chasing me on sales progression, keeping the chain together etc! I was then impressed with their letting service, as they found me a really great tenant. I then also listed for sale through them, and they did a great job when the market wasn’t at its best.

The whole team all seemed very professional, though as noted Andy did really go above and beyond.

I throughly recommend CJ Hole Bishopston for property things near the Gloucester Road.

Andy and Karly were really helpful in getting our purchase over the line. They did more to push the sale through than either of the solicitors who were, in my humble opinion, incompetent. Without them liaising and getting involved with the details I think it would have still been ongoing. Considering that it wasn't an expensive property with oodles of commission for them, and that they were doing half of the solicitors jobs themselves at times, they really went above and beyond to finally get it completed. Thanks for all your help over the past 7+ months!

CJ Hole were consistently useless, always unprofessional and often Illegal. Highlights included:
- Letting people come into my house to remove my dishwasher without warning me.
- Letting people into my bedroom for "maintenance" without warning me.
- Stating that we had to give back the keys early.
- Booking viewings at unreasonable times and when we rejected them asking us to organise viewings ourselves.
- Taking 11 months to fix a roof leak, during which time I had to scrape mould off my walls
- Offering to bribe me to remove this review.
- Delaying an agreed rent refund until after we had moved out and then denying knowledge of it.

I twice had to threaten them with legal action to get solutions to the problems I raised.

Avoid at all costs.
