What a brilliant trip this is. Joe, our host, was very funny, very informative, and engaged in conversation with everybody. The trip takes you round the area where the Beatles started, saw John's house, Paul's house and Ringo's house, Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields, and on the way other interesting facts about the city of Liverpool in general. I can't recommend this trip more highly. Thank you Joe and Brian.

Great way to see the city and pick out which parts you want to cram into your stay. The guides really know their stuff and give you their personal insights as well as their vast knowledge of the buildings and the history behind them. We booked for the Thursday and could still use the tickets Saturday morning. You can also use your tickets to get discounts on the ferry and in loads of the bars. Hop on hop off, get about and explore. I highly recommended way to get about.

We were in Liverpool for my my son's graduation at the weekend. My parents were with us and as we hadn't visited Liverpool before we decided to go on the City Explorer. My dad is unable to walk far so this was perfect for us to view the historical buildings etc around the city.
The tour guide was hilarious and extremely knowledgeable. We were sat on the top deck at the back and it started raining and was rather windy. He gave us ponchos so we could remain where we were. He did offer for us to move down the front under shelter but we persevered and still enjoyed it as nothing could dampen our day 🚌

He made the experience fun and I would highly recommend this experience as it is good value for money too.

We were a group of 6 adults 2 of which were from Liverpool. We were all very impressed by our guide Michael who was very knowledgeable he managed to make his talk lighthearted as well as informative. He was very friendly and made sure every passenger was comfortable. Our driver Wayne was excellent and they made a good team.We opted for the river cruise which could be included in the cost.Overall we were all very impressed and would thoroughly recommend this company if you are visiting the lovely city of Liverpool.

Fantastic tour yesterday 25th September 2023. 1st visit to Liverpool. Tour guide and driver were very friendly. Would recommend if you are into history to take a tour. Tickets last 24 hours so you can hop on and off! Lots learned about the city I never knew ! Also amazing architecture!

We booked the Ferry & Bus offer for £22.50, and we’re so glad we didn’t miss out on the bus tour!
For our journey, our commentator was Viv and the driver was John. Viv was absolutely brilliant! She talked us through the areas that we passed in masses of detail, telling us fun facts and snippets of information on even the smallest of things, and we learnt so much that we simply wouldn’t have ever known otherwise.
The tour route was also really great, taking us round all of the major hotspots in Liverpool. John was a fantastic driver, weaving through even the smallest of streets to show us important areas of the city.
Would 100% recommend jumping on a tour with this company if you’re in the area!
