I usually prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this to help others. Unfortunately, my experience was very stressful and confusing. The driver didn’t communicate where I would be picked up and seemed unsure about the destination, even though I had explained it clearly over the phone. The operator I spoke with was also quite impatient, which made things more difficult. In the end, I was dropped off at the wrong location. I hope this feedback helps the company improve, but I personally wouldn’t book again based on this experience.

Booked a 6 seater taxi to go to the airport had a fantastic experience with this taxi company! The service was excellent—arrived on time and the driver was incredibly patient. He was very professional, yet friendly and chatty, making the journey enjoyableI appreciated the extra attention to detail the taxi was a new car lovely and clean with heated seats exactly what we needed at 3am I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable and friendly service. Absolute rubbish service !
Booked 3 days before online and received a confirmation of the booking,
On the day the taxi didn't arrive, rang and asked where my taxi was, told the booking was for a different time, which it wasn't! no apology given they said they would send a taxi in 5/10 minutes, which didn't arrive, called again, no answer, called again by now I had missed my train, no apology, arrogant man was not bothered !! Cost me £30 for new train ticket !
Will never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone.
Ruined my day !
Doesn't deserve one star !
