Great service both men can speak Chinese and English and make a visa application very simple if anyone has tried to apply and found it very difficult for one reason or another this is your answer they take you to visa centre in Manchester and do the work for you

These charlatans are now based in Nicholas St above the Chinese art/craft shop! Don't ever buy your visa or airline tickets from these clowns!

Outstanding. Really impressed with the efficiency and speed. Ask for Jason; I would recommend him to anyone.

The official China consulate on Mosley St is a nightmare - they never answer the phone, you can only speak to someone by appointment, there's no appointments for weeks. It's crazy.

CITI TRAVEL cut through all that, had me a 2-year M-class business visa sorted within a week. Handed my documents and form in, along with passport photo, paid £225 for it, came back a week later and it was done and ready to collect.

Now going to route all my UK colleagues through here when they need visas for China.

I went to cititravel so I could receive further advice on visa applications to China, as the visa application centre was no help at all. The manager Jason could not have helped us anymore! He talked us through the process and let us wait there (we were visiting from Birmingham) till we sorted all our documents and altered flights. All the employees are friendly and very welcoming. Really appreciated all the help we received and I would highly recommend using their services 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
