I am leaving this review on behalf of my mother who bought the reusable cups (several!) as Christmas gifts. Everyone is really happy with them. My mother was so impressed with the high standard of customer service and did not stop talking about it. She then went back and bought the moon and tide clock for her husband. One happy customer!

Recently purchased a Time, Moon and Tide Clock through Etsy. I have had it about a month. The Moon and Tide clocks do not stay in sequence with their respective subjects. I check the accuracy every two to three days and they are off each time. I tried to contact Circular thru their website but could not connected. My sign-in is still spinning in another window. Would like to give them an opportunity to resolve but that's very tough to do if you can't connect to send a message. Had to post review.

Brilliant customer service. I bought a Time/Tide/Moon clock from the RNLI website and stupidly fitted it into a cupboard door on my campervan before realising that the clock was broken (most likely in transit). Knowing I wouldn't be able to return it to the RNLI, I contacted Circular&Co to ask if they could supply a new clock mechanism, which they did, by return and free of charge! Fantastic service which was well above and beyond their obligations. Thank You!

I contacted the customer service because of some issues with my reusable coffee mug. I'm from Germany btw. They were incredibly helpfull and we were able to resolve the issue quickly.
The cups are awesome (I've tried several other brands before). If you're looking for a new coffee mug, I highly reccomend going for Circular&Co

Fantastic customer service. I emailed them regarding my reusable coffee cup as a part of the lid had come off. Rather than having to buy a new one they sent me details of how to fix it. Saving me money and doing our bit for the environment. Wonderful, thank you 🙂
