I can’t recommend Chorley Travel Lounge enough. We’ve booked quite a few holidays now and each time has been a pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble for the ladies and they are always on hand to answer any questions to taylor make your ideal holiday. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient. We highly recommend and can’t wait to book more holidays with Chorley Travel Lounge.

I have been booking holidays with Chirley Travel Lounge for several years now. Nicola and Lynda are fantastic! They are always willing to take as much time as needed to provide quotes, book, and even go the extra mile to print off tickets and do the check in, if you want them to. Nothing is ever too much for them. They are knowledgeable and always willing to their best. I won't book with anyone else.

Went in was a brief visit for someone who has a child with ASD the place was all a bit too much 3 people on the phone at the same time and having all 3 on speaker was overwhelming to say the least and I was with 1 that was on the phone and could barely hear what I was being told or discussed. It was about 20/25 minutes in that I was told that they couldn't get into the system as there password had been changed and that they would be in touch about a price (3/4 days later)
I had the money at the time to book but on the day Chorley travel just wasn't upto the task and so I took my business elsewhere. It's a shame really as I try to support local rather than the big chains

We booked a 4 day trip to Rome with Nicola at Chorley travel.It was our 1st visit to Rome ( it wont be our last!) Nicola was so helpful and emailed me with a list of places that she recommended we visit whilst there, we would have struggled without this with it being our 1st time in Rome as there was so much to see in such a short time.Thankyou Nicola for your help, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be booking with Chorley Travel again soon ?
