Our driver arrived nice and early, the car and driver were immaculate and our journey from Sarratt to Luton airport was smooth. I’m sorry I didn’t get the drivers name but he was great company and he made us laugh! Thank you Choice Cars.

I had a great experience with choice taxis and my driver Shiraz! The service was very professional, easy to pre-book and my appointment was reconfirmed 1 hour before. My driver reached out to me ahead of time to give me the estimated time of his arrival and once in the car he provided me with all information for the journey and the destination. And most importantly we had a great discussion that made the 1 hr drive so much more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a highly professional service

I always had a wonderful experience with Choice.
Always on time and best customer service. Drivers are very caring and highly professional.. so far I have travelled coupe of cars which was well maintained and kept very clean .

Instead of acknowledging the driver was late, at the wrong location and apologising, the female telephone agent chose to make excuses by lying about my booking details. Super immature and unprofessional.

It’s a shame because I was a loyal customer but won’t be using them again.

I use choice can every month now for nearly 2 years, they are super reliable and always polite and helpful when I call to book, I love when they send me Mohammad ( driver 70) he is alway on time, his car is super comfortable and always helps me with my luggage m. Super professional and a really friendly man!
