Kids love it, great when it's not really busy. Thankfully the rides were working really well this last visit, however in August the rides were breaking all day so we got a free return voucher. The Halloween decorations are good and the little pumpkin patch photo opportunity is a lovely addition for the season.

Amazing place for a family day out with kids. My favourite is the Jumanji ! I visited just after Christmas and it was beautiful since it was a foggy day. One thing to note - if you are planning to have lunch check with the restaurant when you enter, on the closure timings. They close bit earlier . Best part is all rides are included in the entry pass itself. We stayed at Holiday Inn Epsom and it was a short drive to this location . There is an option to book the resort and get some offers. Worth checking their website .

Really enjoyed our stay at Azteca Hotel. Rooms are clean and fun. Breakfast was very decent and there was enough choice. The grounds are very well kept and attractions are plentiful. It's worth buying reserve and ride as waiting time can reach an hour for some rides. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a weekend stay.

My family and I recently stayed at the Chessington Resort for three days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the variety of amenities and attractions available, making it the perfect getaway for both adults and children.

The hotel itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the themed decor and the attention to detail throughout the resort. One of the highlights was definitely the access to the rides and the safari experience, which added an adventurous touch to our trip.

Our favorite rides were The Vampire and Tiger Rock, which provided just the right mix of excitement and thrills. We also enjoyed exploring the different attractions throughout the park, and it was clear that there was something for everyone, no matter their age.

Overall, Chessington Resort exceeded our expectations, offering a unique combination of fun, relaxation, and adventure. We highly recommend it to families looking for an unforgettable experience!

Amazing holiday adventure.

The hotels, Monkey Temple room, and Zafari restaurant were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the food onsite.

I would suggest going during a warmer time of year as we didn't feel that we had enough value from the Zoo/Park, understandably the animals are warmer inside their behind-the-scene enclosures rather than outside in the viewing areas.

Overall the facilities of the hotels and the Zoo/Park are well looked after and the rangers/keepers are so passionate and knowledgable. We had such positive staff interactions!

We will definitely be visiting again!

I was disappointed to find a large percentage of rides closed when I visited. I can understand rides being closed for maintenance etc. but they were just deserted and nothing was happening. I understand that not all food outlets would be open on quieter days to but ninety percent of them were closed.
Yes I know there is an App, yes I know it tells you what is closed but that does not make it fair or acceptable to guests.
I also think that given the high cost of entry and the high cost of food and drink inside it's outrageous to charge ÂŖ10 to park your car.
The rides that were open were a lot of fun and as it was a quiet day I didn't have to wait long. Thankfully no fast pass queue jumpers, another money grabbing feature which is both elitist and unfair. It costs ÂŖ100 for the ultimate fast pass, just pure greed by Merlin entertainment. Sadly this is becoming standard throughout the industry as the greedy money makers find ever more incentive ways to empty our wallets.

Was a lot more pleasant today. Didn't buy food or drink ,took my own and saved myself quite a bit.
Today It was quiet so had time to visit the zoo section which I enjoyed very much. Added a star to my review score

Less crowded in the winter and no rides or attractions. But was worth it. Rooms were great and the staff were king and attentive.

Still a great place to visit. Rides were fantastic with the new Jumanji area which was a great addition. But still my favourite ride is still the vampire, it's brilliant. We did encounter a few rides stopping due to technical issues however we never let it ruin our weekend.

Very slightly disappointed Zufari was shut as it's one of my favourites and scorpion as well due to the Halloween set up.

We did get a bit annoyed that we needed to pay the ulez charge especially as we're going on a budget but not Chessingtons fault. We also found the food a bit expensive but we maybe a bit out of touch with today's pricing.

The hotel is still fantastic and love it!!
