A beautiful place to relax and make memories with family. The cleanliness was spot on. The whole caravan was spotless and smelt so clean and fresh. The hot tub was perfect, never had any faults. The staff gave us a complimentary s’mores kit and it was delicious, we got to make them on the log burner. Would highly recommend to anybody who asks!!

Stayed here with my new boyfriend for a romantic weekend and we stayed in the pods and I must say they are well worth the money. Very clean , fully equipped and modern. Cant wait to return asaap and maybe even come for our anniversary next year ❤️ Thank you for making our weekend the best !!!

Had an amazing time, from check in to check out, we wished we could’ve stayed longer, the Superior pods were so cosy, the pod was spotless and the bed was luxurious. The Hot tub was ready when we arrived. It was so relaxing. The area was for adults only, so we had a relaxing kid free weekend, we visited the bar and cafe, again top notch food and the band playing were great. We can’t wait to come back and it will be soon. This is now our happy place.

I never really do reviews, however this campsite definitely deserved one. We were very impressed with the site. How well the site was maintained, how often they clean the bathrooms. The staff are lovely too and more than happy to help, the cafe on site was absolutely lovely! Everything made fresh, the pizzas were amazing. A park on site for kids to play, the 10.30 quiet time was always abided by from every which made the evening so peaceful. We particularly loved that no matter the stay whether it’s the pods, touring camping or motorhomes everyone is in there own separate area and greenery surrounding so your not on top of each other. We’d definitely stay again

A hidden gem! And I can't believe how much my 4 year old and 2 year old twins adored this mini adventure. The Norwood lodge is a must visit! It's stylish yet cosy! Spacious & convient. It has not 1 but 2 bathrooms & showers!! Which makes|It ideal for family's. The kitchen was fully equity with an oven, hob and even a dishwasher! I love the electric fire. It was the perfect feature for a cosy setting in the evening. ||The beds were super snug with blackout blinds! There was lots of storage in the bedrooms which was great. Decor was really modern. ❤️||The lodge was really clean and well presented when we arrived. The girls on reception were very kind and helpful. They checked in on us shortly after we unpacked to see if we needed anything. Menus where also provided to us for ordering food of site ( takeaway ) || The shop was well equipped and they had a cute little cafe too! They even had a softplay! Which we nipped into after checkout. ||We can't wait to come back and stay again! The kids are already asking. They had along with ourselves .. such a wonderful time!! ||Thanks guys !!

Another fabulous stay! Stagecoach 2 was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The showers/ toilets always gleaming. The hot tub was lovely as always. The dog also loved his stay ❤️

We had the best stay at Lady Heyes in our camper van - we stayed on the hot tub touring pitch which was great. the lovely lady on the phone allowed us to check in at 11AM instead of 2PM free of charge due to the pitch being free so we got an extra 3 hours with the hot tub which was lovely as we were only there for one night, very much appreciated! |We had lunch in the cafe which was delicious and reasonably priced! We also brought our little dog & we pitched right next to the dog field which was great as he got to roam around without any worry of him running off! Great facilities & lovely clean toilets and showers which were super spacious! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you

I've been coming to Lady Heyes for the last 8 years and this is the first time I've been slightly disappointed. Let's get the negatives out of the way- the cleanliness was not as good as previous years- there were crumbs from the previous occupiers all over the sofa, floor & counter top. There were easily accessible cobwebs dotted around, especially in the toilet corners. The coffee table/storage box was sticky with visible food/drink spillages. I felt I had to go over everything with my antibacterial wipes before I could unpack. The mug in the pod was chipped. I hadn't been left any towels. The pool table and dart board have gone from the Clubhouse which used to break the day up if there was rain. The takeaway pizza was finished by 7pm (doesn't specify times available on chalk board) so no on-site food provision relatively early in the evening meaning you have to go out or order from a local takeaway. We did bring the bbq but it's not as pleasant when it's raining. There were cigarette ends dotted about everywhere and cannabis smoking going on in a pod further down. (May I suggest a city break in Amsterdam next year to those particular customers?) Lastly, if the management take on board anything I've said, please get rid of the outdated, tatty artificial flowers in the pods please 🙏 They bring nothing to the 'luxury pod' feel. Now for the good bits- the on-site warden came straight away when there power cut in our pod, the staff are always friendly and helpful (especially the 2 lads in the bar), the hot tubs are great, it's nice and quiet at night and I always get a good sleep, the pods are private and the location is good if you do want to venture out. However, I do think you can expect slightly more for the price (around £175 per night!). I do hope the management take on board these comments as I would like to return in future as it is a relaxing site.
