Lovely 5 star apartment, very well appointed. Easy walking distance to beach, eateries and pubs.
Very clean appliances in kitchen.
Only negative was late check in and early check out, appreciate cleaning needs to take place, but half an hour on each would make a big difference.

The apartment is in a great location with amenities, beaches and walks near by. It is in a stunning part of the country. The apartment itself is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Onsite park is convenient. A place well worth a return stay.

Lovely apartment (Cherry Tree 4) with the added bonus of parking. Good size and very clean. It was very close to the Craster Arms which do good food. We had a garden which was lovely. Would stay again.

I absolutely love this apartment.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, the facilities are clean and modern.

The kitchen is well kitted out and the fact the apartment is dog friendly makes it a brilliant place to stay.

Nellie the dog lived her best life for the week!

The proximity to the Craster Arms, Saltwater Cafe and Beadnell Towers is fab and at times far too tempting!

I couldn't find a single fault.

I would 100% recommend to friends and family!

We stayed in the Almond Apartment. It was lovely, very clean and spacious. Everything you may need is there. Nice village couple of nice pubs. Food in Craster Arms is lovely. 10 min or so walk to a lovely sandy beach. Shop selling most things you would want. Fish and Chips van on green. We didn't use it but our friends did and said it was delicious. Would highly recommend apartment. Only minor downside is 9am departure. Would definitely go again

My husband and I spent a delightful week in this fabulous apartment which was very well equipped and comfortable. The apartment is situated in an ideal place as it’s very easy to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful coastline and a pub which is situated in close proximity to the apartment and serves wonderful food. We couldn’t of had a nicer holiday. Hopefully we will be back.

We booked this holiday just over a year in advance in order to secure a holiday, which is rather ridiculous but that’s how things are at the present time. We paid a very good price for our weeks stay, bearing in mind it was half term week (booked in error, never again) although this place is for two people only, so maybe why no increased price? The apartment itself was ok, in a convenient location for a weeks holiday. I’ve read many reviews for the apartment we booked and every one said it was spotless, but it wasn’t. A previous holiday maker questioned the 9am leave time on a google review, Mansons, who run the apartment(s) for the owners said this is so a ‘deep clean’ can take place due to Covid19. This was a recent comment. Judging by the dirt we encountered, no deep clean had taken place recently, if ever. Every item on the kitchen counter top was covered in thick dust, this included the utensil carousel and knife block. The microwave had encrusted dirt on the door. The kettle was filthy outside with a layer of cooking grease all over it. The tiles and kitchen cupboards had longstanding food stains on them. We had to clean everything ourselves first, it didn’t take long, but it’s not our job to do it. The drinking glasses were dirty, a glass Pyrex bowl had dark brown food residue on it. There was one plastic measuring jug which was stained orange and just looked plain manky, it put us right off. Only fit for the bin. We also found, upon our arrival, the previous peoples breakfast items in the dishwasher. We were expected to empty it. If they left for 9am and the cycle is 2 hours, then I’m sure the cleaners should have put this away. We never used the sofa after the first night as our clothes were covered in white dog hair. We are dog owners and took our with us, but surely the sofa should be vacuumed after every guest (deep clean and all that). We lived in the bedroom after that, which was lovely and sunny, with french doors onto the garden. Just don’t look behind the TV on the wall, the dust behind it says it all. Had to wipe the alarm clock as this was filthy and set the time, as not done. The garden and the bedroom were not private as there was a very busy public footpath at the top of the garden. Everyone looked in as they walked by, straight into the bedroom with no blinds or nets on the french doors. I went into the bathroom, without thinking, as my husband was in the shower, exposing him in all his glory to any person passing by. Not good I’m afraid. With regards to the shower, the shower drain must have been blocked from lack of cleaning, as we had a small swimming pool at our feet after every shower. It won’t be long before it spills over onto the floor. I tried to report it, but my email came back undelivered so I gave up. The outside area at the back could do with a sweep and a weed and the bin store was a disgrace. Rubbish piled high and overflowing onto the floor. There appeared to be two bins for 4 blocks of apartments. There was a sign up telling you to take glass to the local recycling plant or take it home, which is hardly convenient on a holiday. We did neither. Also, parking under trees in the first evening left us with the biggest bird poo imaginable all over the windscreen, bonnet, windscreen wipers, doors and wheels. Literally we’ve never seen such huge bird poo in our lives. Whilst there nothing the owners can do about that, our advice is if you stay here, park as close to the bins as you can, otherwise you’ll regret it. In short, it would not take much effort to clean this apartment thoroughly and then there’s no issue. I think it’s a little disingenuous to say the early depart of 9am and late arrival of 5pm is in order for a ‘deep clean’ to take place. This is clearly NOT happening.
