I had my concerns as I booked a ticket for my uncle and I had never used the site before. But I was immediately put at ease by Chris Grey as I used the online chat service available, and he reassured me as inhad many questions regarding the hand luggage, in-flight meals, and seat selection. Great help when I went onto the live chat to check whether the flight I was looking at had baggage included, which didn’t so Maria found me the correct flights and assisted greatly. I was told the e-ticket would be with me within 2 hours, when it didn’t arrive I went back onto the online chat to be told to wait another hour and after that hour passed and still no ticket, I asked again and within minutes it arrived via email so slight delay with receiving the ticket but price beat all over airlines.
