We have just returned from a lovely long weekend away at the Coach House. It was our first visit but definitely won't be our last.
It was a home away from home, spotless, everything catered for and has the best equipped kitchen. The lovely extras including dog treats/toy and the afternoon tea waiting for us were a lovely touch.
Jackie and Michele made us so welcome and they are a wealth of knowledge on places and activities in the area.
It is a 10 minute walk to the stunning beaches and the beautiful countryside.
If you fancy takeaway fish and chips, we highly recommend trying the Charmouth Fish bar.

I stayed at the Coach House with my wife and our four legged friend George over Christmas. It proved to be a fantastic choice for many reasons; the hosts (Jack and Michele) were excellent and they provided wonderful communication throughout the booking process up until and during our stay. NOTHING is a problem to them! They really do go the extra mile to ensure you feel welcome and comfortable.

The Coach House is very clean, comfortable and practical whether you enjoy walking or simply relaxing.

The attention to detail is also worthy of note, a gift was waiting for our dog; a toy and some really tasty treats (so he said, I did not try them) and for us, a nice cream and jam scone was waiting.

Charming Charmouth is really lovely and offers you such picturesque views when out walking. So if you need a break, this is highly recommended.

Very comfortable and well equipped holiday home. Private, peaceful and detached but close to owners' property if you need anything. Lots of local information provided on places to visit, where to eat out etc. Very dog friendly too! This was our first visit but we will definitely be back as soon as possible! First visit to Charmouth and it is absolutely beautiful.

Just back from a wonderful 2 night stay with my dog at the Charmouth Coach House. A wonderful cottage with all your needs catered for. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. In a wonderful location, just a short walk from the stunning Jurassic coast. Welcoming and knowledgeable hosts able to assist with advice on the best local walks and places to visit or eat. Will definitely come back.

A lovely place to stay, we would highly recommend. The coach house has amazing facilities and is in easy reach of Lyme Regis and other local attractions. Some very good ideas from the hosts on where to go for food and visits (Hive Beach Cafe being a favourite!). Will definitely be visiting again....(with our dog next time!)😀

We are just coming to the end of a wonderful weeks stay at The coachhouse. What a find !!! We brought our 1 year old puppy Viz with us for her first trip & to celebrate our silver wedding as leaving the pup was not an option !! From the moment of enquiry right through booking snd our stay Michelle & Jackie we’re the perfect hosts so warm & welcoming lots of local info provided and Gracie loved her welcome toy & treats as much as we did our afternoon tea. The coachhouse is truly charming decorated and equipped to a high standard a perfect retreat for a couple we have loved it & would love to return again next year.

Just spent a really lovely couple of days at the coach house. The accommodation is really well equipped and very comfortable, attention to detail is spot on . Great location to explore the surrounding area and the dog loved his bag of pick and mix treats, we loved the delicious cream tea !

This is a gorgeous little place to stay, right in the heart of the Jurassic Coast area. The scenery is stunning, you are a stone's throw from shops, pubs and a fish and chip shop. Jackie and Michelle are lovely hosts who will make you feel very welcome and are helpful to the last. Don't hesitate to book here for a holiday!
