We used Charlotte Travel for the first time last weekend, on a day trip within the UK. They will definitely be our first choice going forward.

Our drivers, Derek and Dale, were exceptional. I know it's a cliché, but they really DID go 'above and beyond' to make our trip a success - particularly in their patience and understanding when assisting some of our passengers with additional needs. We could not have asked for nicer drivers.

The coach was very clean, comfortable, and much more modern than the vehicles shown on the company website (they need to update their photos!).

The icing on the cake is that the cost of our travel was £200 - £700 less than the quotes we'd obtained from some other coach hire operators in the Edinburgh area.

We'd recommend Charlotte Travel without hesitation.

I used Charlotte Travel for a recent trip to Hampden. Could not recommend them enough. Chris our driver was a star and really looked after us. They are not great at answering their phones but if you e-mail them they will get back to you and believe me it's worth it. They will be my choice of bus company going forward. Lovely coach too!

I had a 29 seater booked for my hen weekend in Liverpool. I can not recommend this company enough. When booking this coach James was very professional and helpful with advising me of times to set off etc. The driver arrived at the pick up point promptly and was absolutely fantastic (sorry I can’t remember his name we were all rather drunk) he stopped when we needed to use the bathroom or to get food no problem at all. Again he arrived promptly on the Sunday to bring us home with the same fantastic service we received on the way down. I would definitely use Charlotte Travel again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! had the worst experience with their drivers! Very rude and abrupt! Company needs a serious evaluation of their drivers and their driving standards. My party was close to being involved in an incident due to the driver being very aggressive and hostile... not what you want when they are in control of 40 odd people’s life’s!! Drivers were also very pushy on times and demanded my party left otherwise we would be left.. no consideration was made for the circumstances of the travel! There are a lot of other coach companies which we have used and this was the first and certainly last time we will be using Charlottes coaches! Serious evaluations needed from this company if it wishes to stay in business because you won’t last long running your business with drivers like that!

Charlotte travel came to my rescue when another company cancelled 2 weeks before our wedding. They moved drivers around to ensure my guests could get to our wedding. Would definitely recommend!
