Charlie was the best cab driver ever! He gave me and my friends excellent service both in 2016 and 2018! Along with great service, he is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and shared so much information with us. I would not use anyone else!

Absolute disgrace! Ordered 8 seater 4 days in advance for an early morning journey to the airport and the driver just didn't turn up! Rang them numerous times and got no response, ended up having to order 2 taxis from mahoods (who sent them immediately). We missed our flight and had to pay £560 for another flight. When I rang to complain, nobody cared about the hundreds of pounds they had cost us and in fact told us that we weren't the only people this had happened to (like that would make it all ok). Will never use again and would tell anyone wanting to use a taxi service to stay well clear of Charlies. The one star I gave was just so I could write the review, if it was possible I would give a minus rating.

I tried to use this business by ordering a taxi on Friday 24th September, (spoiler it didn't come) as I was at work until 10, got the confirmation text for the taxi, then got a message to say my driver was there, nowhere to be seen. I go on to see the tracking and they were nowhere near high Street, didn't wanna call up and complain as I know how it's like working with customers. However, not only did I have to walk, (being 16 Working part time, having fell in work and hurting myself on top of having a bad leg already) and stand to wait on a new taxi, today Monday 27th at 10:15 am I being called and messaged by them asking where I am. I would rate lower as this was very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Now if I wasn't being harassed by them I wouldn't haveade any comment, but this late at night, on a school night when I've to be up early to get work down and sorted for school, not exactly the best.
