bought a sat nav unit from them off ebay and it was advertised with £20 discount that did not apply on checkout so contacted them and asked for the £20 and was told nothing to do with them and said i had to contact ebay!
it also came without an sd card so the nav doesnt work and when asked about this was ignored! shocking service from a so called reputable breaker

Organised collection with knowledge of sump being removed offered to have assembled and told not too. When coming to collect £300 was knocked off the price which I was initially going to accept but the person I was speaking to was so unhelpful and rude I had the driver sent away. Sold it to Abby cars now at a lower price but a much better company.

I make 4 wheels alignment because change new tyres so want be sure is geometry fine (old tyres had rubber cut on the edges) but after this alignment car pull to left and steering wheel was twisted to left. I report this and they make another alignment but nice lady said next time will be suspicious car problem.after second alignment car drive perfectly straight but steering wheel is now twisted little bit to right. So is not car problem. Anyway I’m disappointed, money wasted and was one 1 chance to correct. Rather not recommended

Ordered part of eBay arrived damaged, very frustrating dealing with them on messages so far they wont take responsibility because I pulled the paper tag of the part. The part is bent up and electronics faulty on it.. like somebody removed it because of bad electronics and literally through it over there shoulder.. I am frustrated to say the least! ripped off !!
