Helpful, flexible, friendly and understanding. The whole process of applying for a property, to getting the keys was so smooth and stress-free. I had a few small issues that needed fixing in the first month. I received a quick response to my email outlining these small issues and they were sorted in a timely manner. I am very happy in my new home, which I have now been in for about 4 months. I would highly recommend this company.

Best experience we have had with a letting agent - the veiwing was carried out smoothly (with current tenants in residence) and from then on everything was handled swiftly and without any hassle, referencing and draft tenancy all sorted out painlessly.
