Couldn’t recommend enough! Both Karen & Darren have been amazing, we’ve had nothing but struggles trying to find a home and they have gone above and beyond to get us an amazing home that is perfect for our little family. They got us in as quickly as possible with me being pregnant and wanting to be settled before the baby arrives. We can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us and we really appreciate them! We are over the moon with our new home, they’ve made it look brand new! My husband and I would like to mention that we are very happy with the services provided by Karen & Darren. Darren was the one showing us the property we are renting now and he was lovely, friendly, and thoughtful to even include information about the area and made us feel very comfortable. The Chappels managed our rental property and were the management company for the lease on our flat. Their tireless efforts ensured tenants were hand picked and vetted, tenant issues were communicated with us promptly and resolutions were reached swiftly and and efficiently. We enjoying renting out our property for nearly 6 years with a stellar service. We have never had to rent out our family home before but due to Armed Forces posting abroad we started to look into the process. Having done a lot of anxiety inducing research we contacted Chapple Property Management. From the first contact, we have received friendly and reassuring advice and they have provided us with a guiding hand throughout the process. With excellent communication and availability, they are always on hand to answer any questions, ease any worries or just provide a little friendly advice.

This is our family home which we endeavour to return to at some point and in the caring hands of Darren & Karen we know that they will treat our home like their own and will continue to provide us with exceptional service throughout. My partner and I were recently looking for our first home, we found one home we had an interest in that was unfortunately already let by the Chapples, however, they then contacted us regarding the home we are now in. Karen and Darren were both brilliant, they provided as much detail as possible and kept us completely updated during the whole process. They were extremely responsive after we had put our application in for the house, whom got back to us within 3 days to tell us the house was ours. It was a very quick turn around, from viewing the house to moving in within a two week time frame and that was all thanks to them for being so proactive. We 100% recommend using them and we really couldn’t thank them enough for the excellent service in which we received.
