As not to give attention to an extremely small portion of the reviews written by rejected applicants (who applied for a Junior Marketing Position and were surprised when they learned they had to start as a JUNIOR), I've found my time in Champtronix to be one of the most educational & insightful opportunities of my life.

Irrespective of somebody's career background & academic achievements, the unrestricted access to the massive wealth of business knowledge achieved via networking & mentorship has been astonishing. It has completely transformed me from socially anxious & pessimistic, to highly confident & socially-adept within the span of a year. Massive focus is placed on being solution-orientated.

The training has been impeccable. The focus on having a positive mindset in ALL situations is something that most people in life will never acquire. I've effectively learned & and practically applied sales, pitching, negotiating, recruitment, public speaking & planning skills in a faster time than I ever had at my 4 years spent at University.

I find it unsurprising that the level of pretentiousness required by somebody to demean any method of learning to COMMUNICATE is possessed by those who've spent their entire life in academia. Despicable behaviour.

As I progress through life, the general pessimism of others becomes glaringly more obvious. Anybody looking to improve their most fundamental working habits should experience a year at Champtronix & their associate offices. The overall focus on improving yourself & helping others to do the same is something everybody should experience before entering the corporate world.

The main reason I joined champtronix is because, I never wanted to master one particular area the business development programme provides everything I want to learn about a business in general and provides more practical experience rather than just theory.
I never met these many people from all the different continents in my entire life from different culture, countries and communities, who cares a lot not only about their progression but for everyone else as well.

Their website lacks detailed information about their operations, leadership, and services, featuring mostly group selfies rather than professional content.
2. Use of Stock Media:
Their social media, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, relies heavily on stock photos, raising questions about authenticity.
3. Suspicious Google Reviews:
Many reviews appear overly positive and potentially fabricated, with little detailed or meaningful feedback.

Based on these findings, I would encourage others to carefully research and evaluate before engaging. Transparency and professionalism are key indicators of trustworthiness.

I joined Champtronix 2 months ago, I have settled in great with the team as they provide a lovely welcoming and supportive atmosphere filled with postivity. The entire team helped me with developing my self and reaching my goals in such a short period of time which really allowed me to look at the bigger picture. The training is extremely effective and allowed me to gain new skills and I’m learning every day ! I love the challenge ! The atmosphere in the office is extremely positive which makes day to day fun and people here strive you to be better . The owners are approachable and offer advice at disposable and help you reach your goals. I’m loving it here and can’t wait to continue to grow with the help of an amazing team 😀
