The accommodation environment is excellent, with convenient transportation and shopping options. It's also a quick ten-minute walk to the school. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Sam may seem stern, but he's actually very warm-hearted and attentive. Front desk staff Taylor and Chloe are outstanding, and Manager George is very responsible. Room maintenance is promptly handled within two days of submitting a request. Parcel collection is also convenient, with 24-hour front desk assistance available. I've had a very enjoyable few months here and am very grateful to the IQ Apartment team.

Absolutely love living here. The staff are super kind and friendly, always ready to help.The best part for me is proximity to campus. I can leave at 8:50 A.M and still make it to my 9:00 AM (~ 7 mins to the Diamond). Highly recommend this accommodation!!

Lovely student accommodation, easy to move into, with trolleys for heavy bags!
Great location, being near the Diamond, a tram stop and the Student Union building! There is also a little Tesco nearby. The staff are very lovely here too.😊
There are various room types, including en-suite and studio rooms ranging from bronze to gold.

The place is so lovely. The facilities are really good. And especially the recepctionists, Georgias, Khafiz and some of them but I forgot their name. The view from the room is amazing.
